Blitz brought this combo up when he did his Girago and Pegasis tests, and when I saw how it gave Flash so much trouble I had to try it. I made sure Blitz was ok with me starting the thread and he said he would post some tests as well.
This combo is almost an Attack/Defense hybrid. Its succes over other ______Dragooon BD145RDF is due to it being able to KO things they can't.
Blitz's tests
Conditions:
Attack Stadium.
Launcher Grip + BeyLauncher L/R for both.
Slightly worn CS, Calm-ish, shot at about 80%.
Slightly worn RDF, banked at 100%.
Alternatively shot (after I realised I'd never KO it).
MSF-H Wyvang Dragooon BD145RDF VS MSF-H Revizer^2 E230 (boost mode) CS
MSF-H Wyvang Dragooon BD145RDF: 20 Wins (All OS)
MSF-H Revizer^2 E230CS: 0 wins
I originally tried this to see if I could manage to KO it but after getting to round 10 and it not coming close It just turned into a defense stamina battle and with Dragooon being left spin it was quite obvious who would win.
Conditions:

MSF-H Wyvang Dragooon BD145RDF: 10 Wins (9 by OS, 1 by KO)

After I switched the slightly worn RDF onto the Revizer combo it started to out spin the Dragooon combo... So looking at Kain's tests too a slightly worn RDF seems to be better for spin equalizing, also everything else he said is spot on.

MSF-H Wyvang Dragooon BD145RDF: 11 wins (4 by OS, 7 By KO)
MSF-H Revizer Dragooon SA165EWD: 9 wins (7 By OS, 2 by KO)
I expected Wyvang Dragooon to do better in this one as I though it'll get a lot more KO's which means I may need to use a new RDF but it was able to OS when it got a few good hits on the other combo.
Conditions:

MSF-L was used instead of MSF-H, because both of mine are broken as well as my MSFs. The title of the thread says MSF-H because that was the original combo.

I used the semi-worn RDF here instead of the newer one so that Flash would have every advantage it could. I believe the reason this is so hard for Flash to KO is because Wyvang Dragooon hits back, oh, and it is freakin heavy. I love that if Flash does hit hard enough to KO it, and Wyvang Dragooon gets a wall save, it will KO Flash. I pushed it to 30 rounds just to make sure results would stay consistent, and I loved seeing something man handle Flash. lol

As you can tell there are a lot of ties so I only did 10 rounds here because I was running out of time, and I will do the last 10 as soon as I can. It was strange to me that Wyvang Dragooon was winning more with the semi-worn RDF. I will say that all wins were so very close that it was hard to tell sometimes. This match is a toss up, it almost seemed that which ever one took over the middle at the end would win. I'm also willing to bet, with a new RDF and 100% launch that Wyvang Dragooon could possibly KO Revizer Revizer, but I don't know how consistently.

I tested against this because of the recent hype of it being a "spin stealer/equalizer killer." Revizer Genbull didn't have a chance. I even played around with different launch strengths for both combos, and Wyvang's KO came from when I launched it at 100%. With a new RDF and 100% launch you could probably KO this pretty consistently. I did only 10 rounds because of both time constraints and Revizer Genbull just didn't look like it could pull this off. If someone just absolutely wants me to do another 10 rounds I will.

This is not very hard for Wyvang Dragooon to KO. If it doesn't KO then Duo seems to be able to just barely OS it. Again, sorry for only 10 rounds, I will get to the other 10 soon.
I also did informal tests vs Duo Aquario 230D and Phantom Cancer 230D, and Wyvang Dragooon had no issues OS them so I didn't sit through 10 to 20 of formal testing when it was obviously Wyvang Dragooon was going to OS them everytime.
