MFB: Limited :: Ban List Discussion (v1.5 - 9/20/16)

In response to your second question if parts weren't banned it would be standard format.
Jade is not banned, unless something changed recently. Parts are banned because they are overpowered and make the game unfair.
Overpowered is past tense for something that just got destroyed in battle overpowering is something that is overpowered and/or something destroying something in battle! And there made to be that strong why would you ban them its fair if it want takaratomy and Hasbro wouldn't make them right so why are you banning them!
You do realize that these parts are only banned in Limited Format right? There's other formats like Standard and Zero G where no parts are banned.
No I didn't and I'm confused what's a format?

Oh that's what a format is!
I'm not sure any more if you're not just trolling but I suggest reading the Primer for Limited Format so you have an understanding of what it is about and why it exists: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-MFB-Limi...Q-A-Thread
In addition to that, any further questions are best posted in that thread rather than here, as it is also the dedicated Q&A thread for the format.
Ok what about the ban on takara tomy l drago destroy is it because of its weight ? I don't feel it will be that op in limited

I think LDD's weight would make it crazy good for attack and somebody would probably have to throw it on a F230 and spam it.
Actually offensively it's kinda not that scary, when it was released I think Lightning was actually still more effective against everything not called Basalt (and even then MF LLD BD145LRF was a good answer to a lot of it) and that was only because Lightning is like half of Basalt's weight. I gave it a shot defensively and it wasn't too bad, though I could see it being kinda scary for Anti-Attack as it is heavy and runs head-first into most attack types. B: D and CH120EWD combos with it are pretty darn easy to KO too.

F230 is basically the main reason for its ban right now, at least of what is known, though even without that I'd want a lot of testing before unbanning it as it would be the heaviest wheel in Limited.
guys, do you think that big bang and blitz should be unbanned?

BLITZ?!?!?!?!?!?!? Meta=Wrecked.

I'm iffy on Big Bang, I'd prefer it banned since I could see it being a bit too good for anti-attack.
Big Bang literally sweeps the entire format as anti-attack lol.

Bladerybob66 if you go back a few pages I wrote out a post with explanations on why each 4D Metal Wheel was banned.
Is Bearing Drive Banned? Free spinning tracks and tips like that seem like a good candidates for the list just to further level the playing field for newcomers or others who might want to have a better chance at competitive play.
No, it is not banned because it is not over powered in any way.
Why Phantom is banned !?!?

Dude.

Look at how phantom performs then how limited stamina customs perform. Phantom is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY OP in stamina and stallers for limited.

READ THE OP B4 POSTING. The ban list is obviously there.

In addition, BGrin doesn't really deserve a ban, considering it can be KO'ed generally easily. The only "big thing" would be Scythe BGrin, but it's certainly not (yet) worth banning that 4D Bottom for.

I can't even respond to this in an acceptable manner I mean aside from having explained why EVERY 4D METAL WHEEL IS BANNED in full a few pages back and mentioned that repeatedly in response to all of these questions like have you even owned the part?????

RE: Scythe B: D yeah it's good, but B: D is definitely not the cause.
Hey bladders, just some quick questions,

Are The following wheels legal (in limited):

Takara Tomy Phantom Fusion wheel

Hasbro Diablo Fusion wheel

Also, are shogun steel parts legal in limited format?

Thank you!! [/spoiler]Stupid
It says what is banned and what is not right in the opening post.
guys, don't you think wing should be unbanned?

Read Th!nk's post on it.

It's weight would definitely pose a threat and would most likely become easily Top Tier for Defense.

guys don't you think ULTIMATE BLAZE should read my post on why each 4d wheel is banned like he's been told to multiple times already before making another of these posts?

I do.
