I can test this tomorrow. Is there a real reason behind the use of MF-F and Nemesis? Would MF or MF-H not be better. And would Kerbecs not be better for the Clear Wheel?

They both would be better for this combo. MF-F is worthless for the combo since Diablo already has horrible stamina.
MF-H Diablo Kerbecs WA130RF would be a better version of this.

Also, does WA130 play an important part in this combo? I have a feeling CH120 would be more effective. Maybe R145 as well.

Read Primal's post and consider the fact that he used it against an attack type. It is an Anti-Attack combo from the looks of the entire combo.
Also, 3 tests all by the same person who didn't do a benchmark test makes it a pretty good "attack combo" already?

Ah, anti-attack. MF-H Basalt Horogium R145RF has always held a special place in my heart.

May I ask though, why did you choose WA130? Why not a normal 130, or if you want weight S130?
