Welcome to another event hosted in the Lunar Vale of Miamisburg, OH.
This time we are organizing through WBO! We are very excited for this to be our first unranked WBO event!
The event will be held at Miamisburg Riverfront Park, with our backup location in the event of bad weather being Orion Bricks & Games across from the Dayton Mall.
We welcome all ages! So, parents bring your kids, husbands/wives bring your spouses, and everyone else bring a good time!
We will have limited "Rental" decks for use that first timers or walk-ups/ those without equipment can use to play.
Come on out and have a great time everyone!
Stadium: Takara Tomy
Point Structure: X Finish = 2 Points Over Finish = 1 Points Burst = 2 Points Spin Finish = 1 Point
Part 1: Swiss
Winning: First to 5 in beginning rounds!
Part 2: Double Elimination Finals! Top 8 Advance.
During Finals it will be first to 7!
Deck Building Rules: A deck is a set of 3 Beys that is required for this event. Each Beyblade must be unique in that it cannot share the same parts, IE you cant have 2 3-60 ratchets or ball bits in the same deck, just 1 of each.
Only one copy of each part (except for lock chips) may be used per deck . Parts are considered the same part when they share the same name.
Regional variations in a name (such as Phoenix Wing / Soar Phoenix) are considered the same name.
Derivative designs — such as Optimus Prime’s design being derived from Knight Shield — are unique parts with unique names.
Lightning L-Drago (upper type) and Lightning L-Drago (rapid-hit type) are both considered to be named Lightning L-Drago.
Lock chips with the same name can be used multiple times within a deck.
Parts cannot be exchanged between Beys within a deck at any point during a match.
FORMAT: 3-on-3
This will not be a Deck Locked Event. Meaning beys/parts can be switched between matches.
If you change any parts of your Bey a Judge must approve new the deck for the match before your match begins.
This will be a 3-on-3 ruleset like a normal tournament.
3-on-3 rules reminder: Bladers battle with a deck of 3 Beys.
The deck of Beys must be stored in a way that conceals its contents and preserves the order of the Beys inside (referred to as the deck case, if you don't have one for this event that is ok).
Use of an official deck case by Takara Tomy or another deck case designed specifically for Beyblade is recommended.
During the Bey selection phase, Beys are arranged in the deck case in the order in which they will be used during the set, from the blader’s left to right, referred to as the 1st Bey, 2nd Bey, and 3rd Bey.
After each battle, bladers switch to using the next Bey based on the order of arrangement in the deck case.
After battling with the 3rd Bey, if the set has not ended, each blader may change the order of any Beys in their deck. Then, continue the set by battling with the 1st Bey.
Except after battling with the 3rd Bey, the order of the deck cannot be changed during the set.
