Yikes. I cant tell how inappropriate or “mature” this is for WBO, but Im assuming we can talk about it here because we are all old enough (Mods, please tell me if this isnt allowed)

Kids at my high school sometimes do that. I know my track team’s captain’s friend does that, because she talks loud and I overheard her saying she got caught doing that

for me it starts next month.
School starts tommorrow and Yesterday we got to meet out teachers I saw some of my old friends so hopefully it won’t be that bad
I am taking algebra 1 (a highschool class) in 7th grade and i suck and hate math
I'm supposed to be in 7th grade but then kindergarten I got to skip a grade because the learning and stuff was too easy so right now I'm taking algebra 1 in 8th grade even though I'm technically still a seventh grader.
Huh, that’s nice. School starts early October for me, and I’m already looking for books and tutors and stuff- 10th Grade sure is looking pretty packed, though I’m pretty sure I’ll manage (hopefully).
I got into my first choice sixth form and now it starts on September not much time left.
Got my schedule today, we’re doing it as a block schedule, might as well share.

A Block:
Band
Theater
Environmental Science Honors
History Honors

B Block:
Algebra Honors
Free Period/Homework Period?
Gym
English Honors

Not excited to have Band or Math first thing but oh well. A bit sad there’s no lunch on here though
I haven't got my schedule yet but mine are in blocks too. The subjects I chose are: English language, health and social care, and psychology. Randomly picked.
Back from school boys and girls it was a pretty legit day, I saw my friends and it was chill!

but now i have saturday school next week so thats not so poggers 😤👎

Sounds just like Canadian high school biology.
Finishing up my first week of school here (forgot to mention on the leaving thread that school is also why I wont be posting much here)! Senior year of high school is pretty relaxing. Most of my classes mostly have reading (not paperwork) as homework

My favorite class at the moment has to be student council (where I live, its considered a class and is on your schedule). Most of the time, we discuss school matters but there are days where we have nothing to do so we go outside and mess around. Our advisor warned us that the school thinks we are arrogant people, but in reality we are dorks dancing in the halls while everyone else is in class

Student Council is pretty cool, helping the principal out Getting Free Donuts And, helping out the school is awesome too! I can see why you like it! (Yes, I've been on the School council)
Not sure if this is only me so Ill ask — is anyone motivated to improve their handwriting because people keep asking to see your notes/homework/etc.? I sure do — Im a generally friendly person and will let my classmates view my work, and Im afraid I might have a bad impression if my handwriting sucks

My handwriting is pretty good compared to a year ago. Ive gotten some compliments that my handwriting should be a font, but I really am aiming to make myself look presentable

I pretty much have the handwriting of a child, and it’s been like that since… forever. I doubt I can improve it at this point lmao.

You think you've got it bad, look at my handwriting and you'll start feeling sorry for me.

Anyways, I honestly don't think it matters how good your handwriting is, I went to a Private School for a while and you had to write everything in cursive so I know cursive inside out, as long as your handwriting is readable then it's ok, and you don't really need to care about what others think about your handwriting they asked to see the notes not be the court of your handwriting
Just finished my grade 12 4U Calculus/Vectors and Advanced Functions courses which pretty much finishes off my math for the year. Advanced functions was only slightly difficult seeing as most of the major units are more or less the same as grade 11. I genuinely don't know why Calculus and Vectors are a single high school course in Ontario (seeing as they aren't really related in any way) but the Calculus portion was really easy and served as the majority of the course material. If you include the introduction chapter, Vectors is about 3 chapters in length so you don't really get into anything complex.

Now, I have 5 courses remaining and I'll be taking them during the school year:

4U Biology
4U Chemistry
4U Writers craft
4U English
4M Communications technology
Currently in highschool with 4 AP courses and 3 of my 8 classes being honors as well as hoping to start a beyblade club. I basically have all A’s for now, but I doubt it’ll last.

Yaaaaay. I hate school lol

That’s true! I used to private school up until sixth grade, and cursive is definitely burned into my brain too.
