Physics falls into a boat similar to chemistry, but with greater emphasis on calculations and problem solving. The thing about biology is that the material is fairly easy to understand let alone memorize but the sheer workload and amount of material that you are required to memorize is much larger than that of chemistry and physics. Biology is a lot heavier on the importance of individual processes and terminology and that sucks for me because communication is a big weakness of mine. Of course, this is all just my opinion though.

Actually it boils down to what you wanna do as a job. I wanna become a doctor, and knowledge of chemistry is more important than knowledge of physics in that area. Especially if you wanna do medical research. However, I’m more of a problem solving type of guy. That’s why I’m taking BOTH lol

Not from a North American course (heck, every country in the middle east has its own course and learning methods) and not in 11th/12th grade either, but I suppose I can throw in my two cents about this:
I used to feel like they were all equal in difficulty back in Grades 7 and 8 because I was better at memorizing stuff, but 9th Grade had too much complicated carp that it completely ruined my memory so my current order stands as:

1- Chemistry (easiest)
2- Physics
3- Biology (hardest)

Chemistry is easy because if you know how the formulas work and stuff you don't really need to remember the exact definition of the processes and reactions (plus both my parents are pharmacists so I have a bit of an edge there) and I just generally love to play around with elements and bonds so I find it more fun and therefore easier.
Physics is just Maths in disguise and if you remember the laws you'll be fine (of course it's not just that, but laws and problems are over 80% of our cirriculum so I can handle it).
Biology, however, has tons upon tons of weird terminology and every sort of organ, cell or hormone has at least two functions and sometimes it overlaps and I find myself unable to remember all of it, which makes me struggle a fair bit when studying.
Thankfully, all science fields are classified as one subject until high school in Egypt so Biology is only a small part of the exam. But now that I'm entering 10th Grade, I'll have to double up my efforts to deal with Biology (at least Biochemistry is simple this year..)

I believe the grading system is the primary difference between the UK/US/Canada. The curriculum is more or less the same between many European and North American countries. The actual progression is also different from what I've heard due to the grade inflation so in theory, the countries with higher expectations/grade standards will receive slower easier progression whilst others would be further ahead. Since 70-100 is an ¨A¨ in the uk, they would likely have the hardest courses followed by Canada since 80-100 is considered an ¨A¨ here with the Usa having the easiest courses at the expense of a somewhat heightened standard 90-100.

Physics is very interesting and one of my favorite subjects. I study about it often, and most of the time it's fascinating. Chemistry requires a type of hard work that I don't have. Every subject/thing in life requires hard work, but the biological studies are something that I'm not interested in most of the time, and it takes some hard work which personally, feels brain-tiring.

I'll have to say that Indian studies are overall more difficult then American Studies. There's a lot of fact and reasons to explain that, but since you're studying in India; you probably understand what I mean.

Is that so, I never knew that. But my GCSE had been cancelled and we had to do assessments which were broken down. Which resulted in more than 10 weeks of exams. We also have number grades now, but still the same thing. But now I understand why we have higher grades with lower marks, thanks.

Honestly, yes. I've both been judged myself and seen it happen to others. For context, at least in my peer group when we were younger, you had to meet at least one of three criteria to get any sort of respect: you get good grades, you are good at sports or you are the big guy. So if you were the quiet kid that was average at everything (like I used to be), you would practically get ostracized. That improved with my grades and a growth spurt lol (tho I still suck at sports). The teachers didn't care about anything other than your grades, so I've seen a boy repeatedly being told some pretty discouraging things due to his bad grades tho he was a very nice guy. That changed completely with online classes (I hate them but that's a different matter). Now students don't interact much with each other and the only ones the teachers ever scold are the people who remain absent frequently lol.

What is the craziest thing(s) you've ever gotten away with, gotten into or been involved with in school (please try to keep it appropriate though)? For me, it probably wouldn't be a single event because I just have so many crazy experiences to choose from. I guess I will just share all the stories over seperate posts rather than a single one but I'll still share one right now.

 This happened in 6th grade-now, just so you get an idea of the setting I will go ahead and mention the fact that my elementary school actually had a sixth grade (meaning that you took your first year of middle school at that same school) and because of that, the building was pretty big. It happened to be our last week at that school, so me and a bunch of my friends ended up planning this massive water balloon fight (yeah, its cringe but that was the dough back in elementary) to take place on one of the days that week, I believe that it was the third from last day. We all managed to get ourselves excused from our respective classes since it was pretty close to lunchtime. Here in Canada, elementary schools have a recess straight after lunch so teachers don't really roam the halls looking around for anything in particular.  Knowing this, we snuck into the bathroom and managed to fill up most of the water balloons, the strange part is that we didn't even have the proper filtering nozzle used for filling the balloons (you'll know what im talking about if you have ever used water balloons) but the bathroom sink nozzle was a perfect fit anyway. We filled up the balloons and as soon as we got outside the bathroom, one of my friends decided to immediately throw a balloon at the other. Now keep in mind, this fight obviously wasn't supposed to take place in the hallway. I did say that teachers did not roam/secure the halls but it was still a big school and the odds of running into a teacher were still pretty high. Needless to say, the water balloon fight quickly erupted between us in the school hallway and we ended up completely soaking the floor as it continued. We also ended up running around the school multiple times trying to hit each other. We didn't really see any teachers although we did have multiple run-ins with the hall monitors.  The hall monitors were pretty incompetent, so we would just run in the opposite direction, or into a staircase if we saw one and they wouldn't bother to do anything. Eventually the lunch portion of the break ended and the fight did end up moving outside (we didn't even stop to make the decision, we all just kind of ran outside). Before I continue with the story, I would like to admit that I have no clue how we never got into any sort of trouble for the indoor portion of the fight, you would think that one of those hall monitors would recognize our faces or maybe a camera would catch us running/splashing water; but no, nothing ever came up. Anyways, as the whole thing continued, it got to the point where we were going in and out in order to refill balloons and as this happened, a teacher apparently did spot one friend with the balloons. The kid who got spotted actually ran away but the teacher decided to chase him. We actually saw it happen and he ended up running through the upper baseball field and off of school property to escape. The teacher did stop chasing him by this point, but since it was elementary school, students walking off property was a huge deal. The principle was notified shortly after and he actually left school property to look for the kid (because he had actually ran off of school property multiple times in the past. I don't know all the details beyond this point since I never saw any of it but according to that same friend, the principle chased him through the nearby plaza and through a catholic church and he still never caught him (my friend just went home after). Well, he ended up getting a 3-day suspension but it honestly could have been worse tbh. Fortunately, my friend didn't tell the teachers we were involved so the rest of us were completely fine. It's obviously been many years since that day and me and my friends have definitely matured and grown past those stupid jokes (including that one guy who would run off), it's become a lot more about studying and paying attention and a lot less about fooling around although, we still joke about the principal's reaction.  The lessons learned from this story? Dang, there are far too many but the main ones are; don't pull dumb stunts while you are in school since it really isn't that hard to be a good/decent person, choose good people to hang out with during your time in school and lastly, don't leave school property because your principle may very well feel inclined to chase you through a church.

Before I continue with the story, I would like to admit that I have no clue how we never got into any sort of trouble for the indoor portion of the fight, you would think that one of those hall monitors would recognize our faces or maybe a camera would catch us running/splashing water; but no, nothing ever came up. Anyways, as the whole thing continued, it got to the point where we were going in and out in order to refill balloons and as this happened, a teacher apparently did spot one friend with the balloons. The kid who got spotted actually ran away but the teacher decided to chase him. We actually saw it happen and he ended up running through the upper baseball field and off of school property to escape. The teacher did stop chasing him by this point, but since it was elementary school, students walking off property was a huge deal. The principle was notified shortly after and he actually left school property to look for the kid (because he had actually ran off of school property multiple times in the past. I don't know all the details beyond this point since I never saw any of it but according to that same friend, the principle chased him through the nearby plaza and through a catholic church and he still never caught him (my friend just went home after). Well, he ended up getting a 3-day suspension but it honestly could have been worse tbh. Fortunately, my friend didn't tell the teachers we were involved so the rest of us were completely fine. It's obviously been many years since that day and me and my friends have definitely matured and grown past those stupid jokes (including that one guy who would run off), it's become a lot more about studying and paying attention and a lot less about fooling around although, we still joke about the principal's reaction.  The lessons learned from this story? Dang, there are far too many but the main ones are; don't pull dumb stunts while you are in school since it really isn't that hard to be a good/decent person, choose good people to hang out with during your time in school and lastly, don't leave school property because your principle may very well feel inclined to chase you through a church.

Wow, thats totally bonkers on your end. See, I live to read and hear crazy school stories like this water balloon craziness. Sometimes reading about an event that belongs in fiction can really ease some stress on one’s brain. Its nice to see a school story that isnt about a student scandal or some bullying aesop. Thats a hilarious story you have!

Ironic! Im going to share some really bad student drama even though I claimed that its nice to read a story that isnt about one

Ill try to keep it short, because theres way too many plot twists and this whole story better fits as a show plot. At its essence, its a tale about a rumor that went too far and across multiple schools. And with students picking sides. And I dont wanna be dramatic — this made my sophomore year quite “traumatic” in a sense. So much that my junior year and upcoming senior year will be about fixing my mindset

Cut to the chase: Im a track kid who is really shy. A teammate trashtalked me on one of his social media accounts, to which a good, anonymous samaritan turned him in to the principal and anonymously messaged me its content. My teammate accused me of being the mole and he is super popular, so the track team turned against me. Doesnt help that theyre in most of my classes, so I was ostracized

Heres the third character in the story: Theres this guy who has a bad reputation at school. He is a former friend, and he spread rumors about me as to give revenge for the track guy. A rumor flew over the school about how I wanted to sabotage my trashtalker and get him out of the team — that only enraged my track team more, and I became even more paranoid about my reputation. Rumors shouldnt scare me, but I was scared because people started hating me for no real reason

People started picking sides. Some chose to believe the rumors, some chose to support me. Some people from other schools heard and started to spam the school number with reports regarding people who were against me. Some people HACKED into their accounts and exposed personal info like crushes

My paranoia eventually made some of my friends left me. Of course, junior year gave me so many new friends, but I still miss the people who left me. They couldnt handle how shoddy I felt and how I couldnt stop the drama. Of course, it died down, but people still dislike me
