Tournament Information:
This event is capped at 24 players, if you’re not registered please don’t attend

Please arrive by 12:45 PM to make sure you can be added to the tournament bracket. Once we start you cannot join the tournament anymore.

Tournaments can last for 3-4 hours so be prepared to spend time here. If you must leave early, please tell a judge or I so that we can know, and avoid confusion.

The room may be a little bit small for 24 players and parents, so we may ask that some people wander around the library or wait outside the room.

There will be chairs at the event for you to sit down in. We will have one table for the computer and tournament staff’s equipment, and then all other tables will be for tournament matches.

We will be playing in the stadium pictured above. If you have one of them please bring it to make things run smoother.

COVID Information:
COVID Restrictions have been lifted in the area, although if you have not been vaccinated it is advised to wear a mask.

I was hoping to get a reservation instead of hoping for the best, but someone else grabbed it like two minutes after it became available.

I’ll likely be arriving early to check with the library if we can play in the meeting room. If we can, I’ll at the very least try and make an announcement here, or sit outside and direct people in if I cannot post.

There does look like there’s a chance of rain tomorrow, so I’ll keep an eye on it. Remember bladers, by attending this event you accept the chance that we might get rained out. It is not anyone’s fault if it does happen.

Attention everyone! The tournament has been rescheduled to next Saturday, October 23rd due to weather concerns. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope to see you all next weekend.
Yo it said it was the 16th was it moved to the 23rd because of rain?
Yes, and on that note I probably won’t be able to make it. Too bad I was really hoping I would be able to go. Unhappy

Yes. All the information was in a post, right above yours.

Also sorry you can’t make it anymore LJ, was hoping you could make it.
Well, better to find out now rather than tomorrow. Ah well, there's always next weekend.
Is this today or next week? The date now says Oct 23 instead of Oct 16

Next week due to rain apparently. A few posts above the announcement post is there.
Tournament day is tomorrow, and weather is looking great! Let’s hope the weather doesn’t dramatically change like back in August.

Anyway, remember to read the rules and bring proper stuff. I’ll only lend parts to one participant.

I will be arriving at roughly 12:00 P.M. tomorrow and will try to get the library. If we do get the library I will wait outside and direct people in. If we do not, I will likely need a volunteer to run the Challonge Bracket (listed below). Also if you have the stadium listed in the tournament description, please bring one.

Good luck and have fun tomorrow!

Maybe it's just me, but I suspect known spammer cheapflightinfo is not actually going to make it to the event tomorrow.

Removed from brackets. Thanks for pointing that out.
Good luck all ya Hypershere Bladers, I wish yall the best of luck.
CheetoBlader have you already arrived? Is it going to be Gazebo or near Gazebo or Library?
Cheetoblader doesn't have a working phone right now. We're at or near the gazebo.

The gazebo has been rented out for a wedding, so we will be further down on the path off to the left. From the parking lot, just walk towards the playground, and you will find us.
