This is my third Beyblade story, so I'd want you guys to know that chapters will be slow because I'm working on another one currently. Also now MyNameIsVero is working with me, so things will get done quicker. When an X.X symbol is next to a character's name that means that they are dead. Well, here's the story:
Characters:
I’m sitting here at a table in the cafeteria of the training hub, I guess you could say. It’s actually called the Blading guild, but right now, it’s not like that.
“The past decade has been a god **** living hell!†My friend, Onkisu had yelled as I took a sip out of the glass of wine sitting on the table in front of me.
“Geez, Onkisu…†I said as I put my glass down, stood up, and walked to the garbage can to throw out my table scraps.
“Don’t mess with the Onyx!†Jackel said to me as Grey tripped me over. Onkisu had poured hot coffee on my back as I screamed, him laughing so hard I couldn't stand it.
“And you Jackel!†Onkisu yelled as I got back up and stood at the wall, looking at my Bey.
“Yes???†Jackel said with fear as Onkisu pulled out a pocket knife, extending it and holding it to Jackel’s throat.
“Call me Onyx one more time and your head’s coming off!†Onkisu said angrily as he took the knife away from Jackel’s throat.
“But Grey calls you that all the time…†Jackel said softly as he took a step back and sat back down.
“He’s OK with me calling him Onyx, because I’m a million times better than you!†Grey said in a loud voice as he took a sip of his wine, Onkisu sitting back down while putting away his pocket knife. He pulled out a cigarette and lighted it as I left the room slowly as Grey was following me out.
“I want a Bey battle!†Grey said as I was unhesitant to get out my launcher and ready it.
“Go shoot!†I called out as I launched my Bey as Grey did the same about a second later. I took a step forward and stood there, watching the Beys clash. Sparks were flying as Grey jumped up.
“Special move!†Grey cried as I formed a shielding gesture on my arms.
“Not on my watch…†I said as Grey landed on his feet, shocked expression on his face as smoke came from the cafeteria, most likely due to the cigarette Onkisu was smoking.
“God **** it!†Grey yelled as my Bey sent his flying.
“Golem Susanow!†I cried as my Bey went up the wall.
“Ha!†Grey cried as his Bey came after mine.
Grey’s Bey hit mine, sent it to the top of the tunnel to the guild hall and came at Susanow.
“Orochi Ogre!†Grey yelled as Jackel came running out of the cafeteria being chased by Onkisu.
"Your life has no value to me anymore; I can end you right now." Onkisu yelled as security chased after him, me and Grey called our Beys back and ran for the exit. The hallway was dark as I found a light fading, leading to Onkisu’s room. I grabbed his sword and got security to head back to the office.
I eventually caught back up to Onkisu and slashed his arm with the sword; he took it away from me and sheathed it. He launched his Bey at me as I launched mine in response.
“Susanow!†I cried as Jackel kept running, soon limping and had to get to the nurse.
“Kakusareta Kumo!†Onkisu cried as both Beys clashed, sparks flying as Grey tried pulling Onkisu away.
“Come on Onyx!†Grey shouted as Jackel looked back, Onkisu took out his sword and stabbed Grey in the stomach, which caused Grey to fall to the ground.
“Don’t bother me! Rest in pieces… HAHAHAHA!†Onkisu shouted as blood marked the spot that Onkisu hit Grey.
“You sadistic ****!†I yelled as I ran around the Beys, taking out my knife and extending it as Onkisu was dodging my strikes.
“So?†Onkisu said as I started to rage, soon pinning him to the wall.
“WE ****ING NEEDED GREY YOU ****ING *****!!!†I yelled as I tried to stab Onkisu, but his Bey hit me in the back at full force and I passed out.
I woke up in the nurse’s office with a cast on my left leg and a painful bruise on my back. I could barely sit up as the nurse turned around to face me.
“You’ll be here for a few days unfortunately…†The nurse said softly as I yelled:
“Jackel needs me though!!!â€
“You still need to…†The nurse said as I started to get up, security having to hold me down.
“I NEED TO ****ING FIND JACKEL!!!†I yelled as I looked to my left, Grey on the bed beside mine, a patch on his belly.
“Calm down Jake!†The nurse said to me as security started to head to Solitary, probably to check on Onkisu. I lied back down on my bed, feeling bad for Grey.
He can’t die on me.
My left leg started pulsing and my back hurt. The pain was overwhelming in my back, minor in my leg, but I started to cry. I screamed as the nurse came in to put me to sleep. I dozed off and in what felt like two hours, I woke up in a room with grey walls, Jackel sitting there on the top bunk of a bunk bed.
“Where the hell am I?†I asked Jackel as he got down, walked over to the small table and sipped his wine, sitting down on the couch with a TV remote in his hand.
“Area 51,†Jackel said in reply as Onkisu was banging on the bars of his cell.
“So how long have I been here?†I asked Jackel as he turned around, Onkisu was giving up on getting out by now.
“You were just shipped here, you were asleep for 5 days,†A man in a red jacket had shouted across the hall, Jackel getting up and looking through the bars.
“Who the hell are you?†Onkisu yelled as the man dropped a boy with a blue shirt on the ground.
“The name’s Akai Hanta…†The man in the red jacket said as the boy in the blue shirt got up and ran for the end of the hall, only to be stopped by security.
“Akai Hanta…†I said with a sigh as I wiped my forehead with my sleeve.
“Excuse me for a sec, Tyoka, don’t give the guards a hard time,†Akai shouted as the blue shirted boy ran back to Akai.
“Everyone in Sector C, report to Sector F immediately,†Someone said over the loudspeaker.
“That’s us,†Akai said as the cells opened for all of us. “Follow me,â€
Tyoka must be the boy in the blue shirt…
Tyoka, Onkisu, Jackel and I followed Akai until we got to a door with the letter F on it, and a soldier came from the other side to open it.
Hopefully this isn’t punishment…
We passed through the door with the F on it, and we were following Akai through the halls of what seems to be Sector F.
“Let me get things straight…†I said, unable to finish as Tyoka itched his head briefly, Akai interrupting me with something I could hardly hear.
“Screw this…†Onkisu said softly, followed by cursing that Akai ignored as Jackel caught up to me.
“How old are you Tyoka?†Jackel asked Tyoka as he turned to face Jackel.
“Thirteen,†Tyoka said softly as Onkisu rolled his eyes.
“Another peewee…†A voice said as a teenager came in carrying a boy in a black vest, red shirt under it.
“What’re you doing???†I yelled as the teenager dropped the boy on the ground, the boy starting to get back up. The teenager tried to step on the boy again, but he made it out before it.
“Brigham you ****ing *******!!!†The teenager yelled as Jackel opened his mouth wide.
“I’m not a peewee!†Tyoka yelled as Brigham ran out, Akai getting out his launcher and loading it. Brigham got out his launcher and launched his Bey.
“Go Gawain!†Akai cried as Brigham’s Bey stood there, not budging as Gawain kept attacking, only to be sent flying.
“Phantom Roy special move,†Brigham said, only to be interrupted by Akai
“DARK NIGHT GAWAIN, SPECIAL MOVE, RED KNIGHT HUNTER!!!†Akai yelled as a Bey was launched into the battle, a blue flash following it. Akai and Brigham called back their Beys as a voice yelled:
“STOP RIGHT NOW!!!â€
A kid jumped down as Akai stepped back, Onkisu standing there laughing really hard, me rolling my eyes.
“DK?!†Akai cried as the kid walked towards him. The kid grabbed Akai by the collar as Jackel and Tyoka tried to pry Akai from the kid’s grasp…
“Who the hell is DK?†I asked as Brigham called back his Bey.
“He’s a new recruit…†Akai said as DK started choking Akai as Jackel pulled harder to get him out of DK’s grasp.
“Hard to believe, we’re the newest, recruits?†Onkisu said in reply, after his long laugh attack.
“You’re not recruits,†DK said, putting Akai down, who was soon gasping for air. “You’re hostages…â€
“How are we hostages?!?!†I asked in madness as DK facepalmed.
“You’re from another area, correct?†DK asked me as I turned to face him, Brigham walking towards us.
“Canada.†I said in reply as DK waved Brigham off, Onkisu leaning against the wall.
“We’re in the U.S.A right now kid, and besides, our countries have not become allies yet,†DK said as he walked towards Akai and waved him over.
We went farther in and saw a Bey stadium, looking at it closely.
“Haven’t seen one of these in a while!†Jackel exclaimed as he ran over, launching his Bey in.
“NO TIME TO PLAY!†Akai yelled as Jackel called his Bey back, Brigham running towards me.
“This is the training area,†Brigham told me as I nodded slowly in reply.
“JAKE! You will battle Brigham!†Akai yelled at me and Brigham as we stood at opposite sides of the stadium.
“Oh my ******* god… Why don’t I get any fun?†Onkisu said as me and Brigham loaded our launchers.
“3!†I cried.
“2!†Brigham cried in reply.
“1!†We both said.
“Go shoot!†Brigham and I called out as we launched our Beys into the stadium.
“Golem Susanow!†I cried as Brigham’s Bey stood in the middle of the stadium.
“Phantom Roy, wait.†Brigham called out as my Bey charged fiercely at his. Roy wasn’t affected, and Susanow flew up.
“Golem Susanow Special move Pedestal Smash!!!†I cried as my Bey plunged back at Brigham’s, wind blowing up into the ceiling.
“Didn’t work!†Brigham said as his Bey just stood there. Not wobbling, nothing.
“How’d you do it?†I exclaimed as my Bey kept hitting Brigham’s. His Bey wouldn’t budge, wobble, or do anything. Just stood there.
“Now, Phantom Roy! A, Smash up!†Brigham called out as his Bey sent a smash attack at my Bey as it tried hitting his. I threw my arm back my Bey sent flying, a black flash behind it. Roy spun around in small circles in the middle of the stadium.
“Not that move…†Akai said as I turned to face him.â€
“What move?†I asked as I turned back, Onkisu laughing hard.
“Phantom Roy, Special move! Double edge dance!â€
Roy ran in a line, so fast that I couldn’t see it. My Bey stood there as I stood as well, shocked. Brigham’s Bey came like that toward mine, and in around five seconds, Roy sent Susanow flying.
“No Susanow!†I cried as my Bey hit the edge of the stadium, yet again Onkisu laughing hard. By this time, I’m leaning forward. I’m used to battles on the road and other terrain. But here in a crater shaped battlefield, I’m stuck. Restricted to a tiny space like this. Susanow can’t run freely.
“Like it! I’m fine with it! Finish the job Roy!†Brigham cried as his Bey came charging at mine.
Please not a stadium out!
I’m sending my arms back now as Brigham held his arm up with the palm of his hand facing the ground.
“I won’t allow it, Special Move!†I called out as my Bey jumped out of the stadium. “Pedestal smash!â€
Susanow came diving down at Roy fiercely as an explosion in the wall to the right interfered with my attack. Rocks flew over the stadium as Roy sent a fierce blow to Susanow, causing a stadium out.
“Not a real win…†Brigham said softly as I picked up my Bey, a man stepping over the rubble of the broken wall. Gun in hand. I pulled out my pocket knife as Brigham ran to the left wall. Actually, in about five seconds he’s clinging to the ceiling.
“RETREAT!†Akai yelled as we all ran out of the sector, through the door. The man had a silver and yellow Bey, blonde hair. He chased after us, his long hair following behind his head as Onkisu got out his launcher and loaded it. Soon launching it at this man, who quickly responded with his Bey.
“Kakusareta Kumo, time to roll!†Onkisu cried as both the Beys clashed fiercely, an explosion causing wind flying towards both the bladers.
“Ha!†The man said as Onkisu turned towards us quickly.
“Go! Now!†He cried as we ran back down the hallway, only to find out that it’s blocked.
“No escape!â€
Two other men came up to us saying this, both wearing uniforms with Russian flag designs on the front. They had pocket knives out as me and Brigham stepped back. Another man with the same uniform as the other two came in and took Tyoka, a girl with long blonde hair standing behind the locked door, crying as Tyoka reached his hand out to her. Tyoka got tazed once and then fainted in the man’s arms, the other two leading him away as Akai stood there, flipping the bird at the men.
“Damn you Russians!â€
We started running after the Russian men that took Tyoka away as we got blocked by another group of them.
“Go shoot, Phantom Roy!†Brigham cried as he launched his Bey at the
Russians, the force blowing them back. More reinforcements came and blocked us, now we were being attacked by their Beys.
“Go shoot!†One of the men cried as he shot his Bey at Brigham, me launching my Bey in protection.
“Go! Golem Susanow!†I called out as the Russian soldier thrusted his arm forward.
“Plamya Foks!†The man cried as his Bey thrusted at mine.
“It’s a Flame Fox…†Akai said to himself as I looked back, my Bey sent flying.
“No, push him back Susanow!†I cried as my Bey swerved around the man, coming back at his Bey.
“I’ll help you Jake!†Brigham cried, loading his launcher as I pushed him back.
“No, go on ahead!†I said in reply as DK waved them onward.
“Bad move kid! Should’ve got help!†The man said as his Bey flashed towards mine.
“Don’t underestimate me!†I cried as my Bey sent a barrage of attacks at the man’s, him sending his arms back.
“Oh yeah, how do you like this! Special move Goryashchiy khvost!†He cried as his Bey got enveloped in flames, charging at mine.
“Special move, Pedestal Smash!†I cried as my Bey jumped, diving back at the man’s Bey. His Bey met my attack, causing an explosion in the hallway where we were battling. The walls started to crumble as his Bey was sent super far back into the deep hallway.
“We have to move Susanow!†I said as I called my Bey back, running back down the hallway. I almost caught back up to them as the door closed and locked, me cursing under my breath. The falling walls fell on the ground, almost crushing me. I was stuck in this column of crushed rock…
“Phantom Roy!†I heard from outside the rocks. “Special move, Blazer!â€
Roy crushed up he fallen rocks as I got up, back sore.
“Are you OK?†Akai cried as he helped me up.
“Yeah, where’s DK?†I asked as Onkisu stood behind him, wearing a straight face.
“They got him, no sign of Tyoka either.†Akai said as I stood straight up,
Brigham calling his Bey back.
“We have to find them!†I shouted as Onkisu rolled his eyes.
“Took me forever to break down this door, now let’s go before we’re caught!†Brigham cried as we all nodded, following Akai through the ravaged halls. We eventually found a way out, a sign saying ‘Area 51’
“Good thing we’re out!â€

I'm laying here, defenseless. A war has been going on for years. The war for freedom of the Beyblade era. I can't move out of here...
"I understand how you feel..." A voice says to me as a shadowy figure walked up to me, soon enough I'm scared. I see only a mouth out of the hood this man is wearing.
"Don't hurt me..." I whispered as the man held out his hand, a top with blade markings on it.
"Here, take it," The man whispered as he got out a launcher, a grip to go with it along with this Bey he held out in his left hand.
"OK..." I said softly as I'm feeling grateful that I have this Bey to help me survive. Another man had been spying on us, getting his launcher ready. He had shot his Bey at the man who gave me my new Bey, the stalker taking out a pocket knife and stabbing the one who gifted my new Bey to me. The man was stabbed to death, and my stalker distracted, I ran out of the alleyway, soon being hit by a throwing knife. I saw a gash in my right arm as I cried with pain.
There's no safe way out now...
I'm cursing under my breath, as I'm on my knees now, and soon falling on my face. As I got dragged out of the streets, I felt sleep, and dozed off........

We went farther in and saw a Bey stadium, looking at it closely.
“Haven’t seen one of these in a while!†Jackel exclaimed as he ran over, launching his Bey in.
“NO TIME TO PLAY!†Akai yelled as Jackel called his Bey back, Brigham running towards me.
“This is the training area,†Brigham told me as I nodded slowly in reply.
“JAKE! You will battle Brigham!†Akai yelled at me and Brigham as we stood at opposite sides of the stadium.
“Oh my ******* god… Why don’t I get any fun?†Onkisu said as me and Brigham loaded our launchers.
“3!†I cried.
“2!†Brigham cried in reply.
“1!†We both said.
“Go shoot!†Brigham and I called out as we launched our Beys into the stadium.
“Golem Susanow!†I cried as Brigham’s Bey stood in the middle of the stadium.
“Phantom Roy, wait.†Brigham called out as my Bey charged fiercely at his. Roy wasn’t affected, and Susanow flew up.
“Golem Susanow Special move Pedestal Smash!!!†I cried as my Bey plunged back at Brigham’s, wind blowing up into the ceiling.
“Didn’t work!†Brigham said as his Bey just stood there. Not wobbling, nothing.
“How’d you do it?†I exclaimed as my Bey kept hitting Brigham’s. His Bey wouldn’t budge, wobble, or do anything. Just stood there.
“Now, Phantom Roy! A, Smash up!†Brigham called out as his Bey sent a smash attack at my Bey as it tried hitting his. I threw my arm back my Bey sent flying, a black flash behind it. Roy spun around in small circles in the middle of the stadium.
“Not that move…†Akai said as I turned to face him.â€
“What move?†I asked as I turned back, Onkisu laughing hard.
“Phantom Roy, Special move! Double edge dance!â€
Chapter 6

Russian Army
Roy ran in a line, so fast that I couldn’t see it. My Bey stood there as I stood as well, shocked. Brigham’s Bey came like that toward mine, and in around five seconds, Roy sent Susanow flying.
“No Susanow!†I cried as my Bey hit the edge of the stadium, yet again Onkisu laughing hard. By this time, I’m leaning forward. I’m used to battles on the road and other terrain. But here in a crater shaped battlefield, I’m stuck. Restricted to a tiny space like this. Susanow can’t run freely.
“Like it! I’m fine with it! Finish the job Roy!†Brigham cried as his Bey came charging at mine.
Please not a stadium out!
I’m sending my arms back now as Brigham held his arm up with the palm of his hand facing the ground.
“I won’t allow it, Special Move!†I called out as my Bey jumped out of the stadium. “Pedestal smash!â€
Susanow came diving down at Roy fiercely as an explosion in the wall to the right interfered with my attack. Rocks flew over the stadium as Roy sent a fierce blow to Susanow, causing a stadium out.
“Not a real win…†Brigham said softly as I picked up my Bey, a man stepping over the rubble of the broken wall. Gun in hand. I pulled out my pocket knife as Brigham ran to the left wall. Actually, in about five seconds he’s clinging to the ceiling.
“RETREAT!†Akai yelled as we all ran out of the sector, through the door. The man had a silver and yellow Bey, blonde hair. He chased after us, his long hair following behind his head as Onkisu got out his launcher and loaded it. Soon launching it at this man, who quickly responded with his Bey.
“Kakusareta Kumo, time to roll!†Onkisu cried as both the Beys clashed fiercely, an explosion causing wind flying towards both the bladers.
“Ha!†The man said as Onkisu turned towards us quickly.
“Go! Now!†He cried as we ran back down the hallway, only to find out that it’s blocked.
“No escape!â€
Two other men came up to us saying this, both wearing uniforms with Russian flag designs on the front. They had pocket knives out as me and Brigham stepped back. Another man with the same uniform as the other two came in and took Tyoka, a girl with long blonde hair standing behind the locked door, crying as Tyoka reached his hand out to her. Tyoka got tazed once and then fainted in the man’s arms, the other two leading him away as Akai stood there, flipping the bird at the men.
“Damn you Russians!â€

Ruined Halls
We started running after the Russian men that took Tyoka away as we got blocked by another group of them.
“Go shoot, Phantom Roy!†Brigham cried as he launched his Bey at the
Russians, the force blowing them back. More reinforcements came and blocked us, now we were being attacked by their Beys.
“Go shoot!†One of the men cried as he shot his Bey at Brigham, me launching my Bey in protection.
“Go! Golem Susanow!†I called out as the Russian soldier thrusted his arm forward.
“Plamya Foks!†The man cried as his Bey thrusted at mine.
“It’s a Flame Fox…†Akai said to himself as I looked back, my Bey sent flying.
“No, push him back Susanow!†I cried as my Bey swerved around the man, coming back at his Bey.
“I’ll help you Jake!†Brigham cried, loading his launcher as I pushed him back.
“No, go on ahead!†I said in reply as DK waved them onward.
“Bad move kid! Should’ve got help!†The man said as his Bey flashed towards mine.
“Don’t underestimate me!†I cried as my Bey sent a barrage of attacks at the man’s, him sending his arms back.
“Oh yeah, how do you like this! Special move Goryashchiy khvost!†He cried as his Bey got enveloped in flames, charging at mine.
“Special move, Pedestal Smash!†I cried as my Bey jumped, diving back at the man’s Bey. His Bey met my attack, causing an explosion in the hallway where we were battling. The walls started to crumble as his Bey was sent super far back into the deep hallway.
“We have to move Susanow!†I said as I called my Bey back, running back down the hallway. I almost caught back up to them as the door closed and locked, me cursing under my breath. The falling walls fell on the ground, almost crushing me. I was stuck in this column of crushed rock…
“Phantom Roy!†I heard from outside the rocks. “Special move, Blazer!â€
Roy crushed up he fallen rocks as I got up, back sore.
“Are you OK?†Akai cried as he helped me up.
“Yeah, where’s DK?†I asked as Onkisu stood behind him, wearing a straight face.
“They got him, no sign of Tyoka either.†Akai said as I stood straight up,
Brigham calling his Bey back.
“We have to find them!†I shouted as Onkisu rolled his eyes.
“Took me forever to break down this door, now let’s go before we’re caught!†Brigham cried as we all nodded, following Akai through the ravaged halls. We eventually found a way out, a sign saying ‘Area 51’
“Good thing we’re out!â€
