Help me make my first deck

I want to make a 3 bey deck for tournaments, I’m currently using soar Phoenix 5-60 point and keel shark (black) 3-60 taper, I’m trying to find the green wizard rod, what’s the best deck I can make? Other than these two I also have helm knight, claw Leon, yell Kong, arrow wizard and lance knight
If you get wizard, put rush on the phoenix and ball on the wizard
Your deck is already great, although shark is outclassed.
Are there any parts you recommend I should get?

So I do soar Phoenix 5-60 rush wizard rod 9-60 ball and keel shark 3-60 low flat?

That’s freaking $60….

To be fair, in perspective, it takes about that much money to buy all the needed/significant meta parts to make a 3-deck. You don't have to get SharkScale however it has such high benefits that it would be good to get it if you have the money

So should I use the 3 combos I’m thinking of doing or should I get the deck set

Keep Phoenix Wing and Wizard Rod. Shark Edge/Keel Shark is irrelevant as other picks beat it. If you are strictly a Hasbro-only tournament goer then you should use Phoenix Wing, Wizard Rod, Silver Wolf, and Hover Wyvern (Those are the main thumbs sticking up). If Takera then I would say the best way to go is Wizard Rod, Phoenix Wing (It fell down a grade due to the release of new meta beys however it an still hold its own and also more people use it since of how widespread it is), Silver Wolf, and other beys. There are too many to mention

I’m fine with using at least one TT because idk if the only Beyblade tournament where I live allows them, if they don’t that’s fine because I can use it for fun against my cousin and his friend who makes fun of his beyblades saying he’s the “master” and that my cousin’s are “fake” yet he uses soar 4-80 GF with a massive crack on the blade, is there a way I could get a shark scale with the parts instead of getting the pack to save some cash?

Because how hard it is to get elevate what can I use instead if I do that deck

1. When I say use TT beys or the type of tournament, if its a Hasbro-only tourney ran by organizers then you can only use Hasbro, standard tourneys by organizers let you use any X bey, and Hasbro owned tourneys only allow hasbro. Also if you didn’t already know, practically all tournaments ban the usage of fake or broken cracked parts. Well you can just buy separate parts online but with shipping it becomes more expensive than just buying the set itself so you get your money’s worth

2. Respectfully that is one of the most basic decks ever to even be called an idea as this has been one of the main decks for a long time now. But use Phoenix Wing 5-60P or 3-60R, Cobalt Dragoon 1-60L or 5-60E, and Rod 9-60B or 1-60H. There are other beys you can use. Also most tourneys have the repeat clause were all beys must have a different part, no repeats.

3. Can’t help here. Beyblade is a tough hobby these days money wise. Also for future reference please do not send multiple back to back replies for one person and instead just make one big reply. The notifications are annoying

Sorry about the entire notification thing, I have adhd so whenever I start thinking of something I ask someone to see if it’s a good idea or not, with the deck is soar Phoenix 3-60 point, wizard rod 9-60 ball and cobalt dragoon 5-60 disk ball good or should I change ball for high needle and give cobalt ball, I don’t have elevate right now tho, I tried to give the cobalt 5-60 but keep soar strong so I did 3-60 because the blade is shaped like a triangle
