Hasbro's Beyblade Burst Competitive Combos List & Public Discussion [W.I.P]

Seeing u2 shape i think ut will be good for pure defense only cause that horn causes recoil which drains stamina

so would needle be any good?

Unless tightness of Survive isn't imp then Needle can work. Infact it's agressive movement may help in destablization

so my combo of U2.T.N was not far off. I will test U2.H.N against X.G.X (would be X.H.X but i have only one heavy), D2.G.R, and S2.K.X when I get home.

*note* it will not be formal tests. I will be literally just playing with the combos.

Survive : good stamina and burst defense,ok KO defense
Defense: good stamina little bit less than survive, little less burst defense , better KO defense
Needle: basically a little more aggressive defense
Press: good KO and burst defense Ok stamina

Do also note Ball tips are harder to destablize then sharp

so needle would be good? it isn't common for a beyblade to have a great combo involving two parts from a stock combo. U2 is interesting.
how about using u2 heavy defense? is that good?? idk

Yea its good press would be better to give ot more defense but at the cost of stamina
Guys these would be the recommended  combos if hasbro U2 has good defense as every one is saying
Hasbro u2 heavy/gravity/knuckle/spread/down defense /press/survive/revolve/needle

so you are saying a good combo for U2 is stock! U2 truly is interesting.

now I can't wait for beyblade burst evolution because we are getting ALL the parts. the frames, the disks, and the drivers. we would be able to do something like U2.8G.At!

yea needle is a good defense driver and down has very good burst defense
I think we need to start discussing Evipero. i don’t have it but i heard that thing was crazy with defense
Where is Jaggy in the Tier line? I was just wondering because I don't really hear about it. From my personal experiences, My go to BEYBLADE out of what I have is R.H/L.J. It's cracked 2 Dark Doomscizors and chipped a fang from K2. It's probably just the Roktavor layer, but I still need to know where Jaggy stands.

Jaggy sucks. It's too unagressive, and too low on stamina. Xtreme and Zephyr are better choices.
How about accel? From my experience comparing the 2, Jaggy is faster and more aggressive.

Hasbro, for whatever reason, made Accel Round instead of flat.

Zephyr is the far better choice

I've heard that as well, but what about E2? I haven't heard about it.

I have it. My tests aren't the best yet because i don't have a TT Stadium but I'll do some first impressions
i may buy evipero soon got s2 today much hype
So, all of this talk about U2 is getting me curious about how U2 will actually perform in pure defense. I'll get testing started ASAP.

If possible try hasbro r2 for stalling against a survive based opponent too and also hasbro r2 for ko attack

For that, I did experimentation on that already (without actual testing grounds), and I can say that it's not exactly test worthy. I'll get a video up as to why in a bit.

Meanwhile, Hasbro U2 Testing

U2 Gravity Needle

VS Xcalius Knuckle Extreme

Both use the String Launcher for the first ten rounds, with X1 being banked/Sliding Shot

R1: U2- OS
R2: X1- KO
R3: X1- KO
R4: U2- OS
R5: X1- KO
R6: U2- Burst
R7: U2- OS
R8: U2- OS
R9: U2- OS
R10: U2- OS

After this round, I switched the String Launcher with the Supergrip Launcher for X1.

R11: X1- KO
R12: X1- KO
R13: U2- OS
R14: U2- OS
R15: U2- OS
R16: U2- OS
R17: U2- Burst
R18: X1- KO
R19: U2- OS
R20: X1- Burst

Win Rate: 65%

More testing will be done later, but this was a simple start, and so far, it's not bad for Defense on Needle.

try U2.H.N for a little more burst resistance.
one thing that i noticed is even with heavy U2 combos will get flung around by high recoil lightweight combos that go at basically light speed. (X.T.X) and unless it gets a burst it will lose to pure stamina combos. (D2.G.R)
