The BBX rulebook includes the full explanation of 3on3s which can be read here but in brief, bring 3 Beyblades with no parts shared between the 3 and play them in order until one player reaches 4 points. Contraray to what the name implies it's a 1 player vs 1 player format but each player has 3 Beyblades.
