Is there a challong event for this or are all the ranks that messed up now?

There will be but we'll be manually adding people on the day so there's no pre-reg for the Challonge event, as such I haven't created the page at the moment.
Small review of the event. The event started very late (over an hour), the space available is not capable of supporting the amount of players (while other non players are in attendance for non related events), some judges made incorrect decisions despite protests from players and spectators, allowed underaged players (under 13, against recommendations from manufacturers), toilets not maintained. I would recommend either a different venue, or sticking to the initial player cap (32), and judges must be impartial to the match participants.

Events starting late is pretty common for any game shop really no one is perfect, especially when managing so many people.
For Beyblade its recommended 8 and up.
The toilets are always clean whenever I have been (Been to nearly all the Beyblade events they've hosted).
Judges are impartial and mistakes happen, sad that a mistake did happen but it is what it is.
I do agree that the player cap should go back down as the gathering was a bit much.

Appreciate the feedback. Hopefully returning to 32 players should alleviate some of the issues. I'll be sure to stress the issue with toilets to staff as that's unacceptable regardless of any other factors.

We've discussed implementing a separation for younger participants but the issue of time and space arises again. The official reason for increasing the cap is to avoid disappointing players when multiple people sign up and do not attend. I'll have to give this further consideration.

As far as the judging goes I'm happy none of them listened to player or spectator input during the event. Incorrect decisions suck but there's already players with bad attitudes attempting to influence decisions alongside anyone with genuine differing opinions on judge rulings. I'd assume most of the issues are with me specifically so I'll look into reducing my time judging as I'm not entirely confident in that aspect. As far as remaining impartial I'll stress this issue but ultimately I strongly believe that any bias is either unintentional or non existent personally.

Again I appreciate the feedback and we'll try to be better for the next one.
