I play a little. Never got really into it, but I took some lessons =)
I've been playing guitar for a little over 7 months or so. I'm pretty good, not amazing or anything; but I'm trying.

I've been playing bass for over a year, but I'm not very good at all lol

My guitars:

1972 Fender Telecaster Semi-Hollow Re-Issue (Natural)
Epiphone SG Special II (Red)
Sonata YS 100g Acoustic
S-101 C39445 Classical Cutaway
Squire Modified Fretless Jazz Bass (Sunburst)
Squire Affinity Precision Bass (Black)

Amps:

Fender Rumble 15 Watt Bass Amp
RockTron Rampage 20 Watt Bass Amp
Line 6 Spider III 15 Watt Guitar Amp

Current Wishlist:

Epiphone Tom DeLonge Signature ES-333 Semi-Hollow
Fender VI Baritone Special HH
Ovation Celebrity CC44 Acoustic-Electric Guitar
you've been playing guitar for seven months and you have four guitars?

and two basses?
Being a distinguished guitarist is really difficult in this day and age, especially with so many people already ahead.

That note, some of my favorite electric guitarists are Jazz Fusion players. Some of them tend to be absolutely insane with some of the most creative phrasing ever.

Goddamn you're rich.

I've been playing for a year, I totally suck in my opinion and only have two guitars. (Cheap ones)
Ibanez Jet King
and a really cheap Fender Starcaster (Recently bought used for $40)

Funny thing about that is that he's not.

See how things don't always add up?

It was a joke at how much stuff he has. Don't be an carp. :[
I wasn't being an carp -- at least not to you. It was more aimed at Evan and how his stories/possessions don't always make sense.

How on earth can you afford all that stuff? Sweet gear nonetheless. I tried my hand at guitar once, it wasn't for me. I like my woodwinds (tenor sax baby!)

Not 100% sure how to interpret that but I shall take it that you agree with me?
Electric guitar players tend to drop a lot of money on equipment. It's usually best to get stuff that will have you set the first time around instead of trying to upgrade later.

It seemed to me like you were just trying to shoot down my humor by being totally serious. I mean it was like "Wow he's rich!" "No, he's not."

Sorry. I'm not too familiar with some of the members here and I didn't think this was some sort of pattern or habit thing that Evan does.

haha it was just a joke dude. Smile

I played trumpet for 7 years, so I guess I'm with you.

XD Long day today, so my mind is slow.

Speaking of guitars one of my really good friends dropped a whole sum of cash for a Warwick bass. I am no guitar connoisseur, but it was a beautiful piece of art. Felt so nice in the hand.

I believe it was this one, but can't be 100% sure from the pics

Must be a dream to play.
Nice stuff! I have a Fender Strat clone that my uncle has build hor me :$, one semi-acoustic and 2 Spanish guitars. A small VOX 5V amp. Damn Evan thats some awesome stuff! SexyMicheal, nice stuff. Kool monkey also Tongue_out.
My dad has loads makes me jealous Unhappy I hate being Left Handed.
I do pretty much everything left handed, except playing guitar.
Yeah, why are Lefty Guitars more expensive? D: And not all Guitars get Left Handed Remakes Unhappy

I would assume economies of scale. Right Handed guitars are produced in a much larger quantity driving the cost per unit down; whereas left handed guitars are not made in the same volume.
