They have the TT and SK logos on them but i don't remember hearing anything about plastics being sold with MFB

They're both real. I think someone (either th!nk, Ultrablader, or someone else...) said something about SK having a ton of plastics left over, and they sold them with MFB. I really don't know, but they are real.

The packaging looks official.. (as i recall..no fakes company arrange their packaging that way..sealed)
and it says Takara Tomy..even if it is..you can file dispute..by the way..i am positive it is genuine..

Okay now THIS I can't tell if it's legit or not - The reason I question it, is because it's labled as a "Defense" type. And I can't find TT's logo, but I don't know where they put them anyways. :V It's a MLD - wut?

The MLD is also fake, as there's no company logo on the front of the box, the LW105 is not a LW105, the Facebolt is the wrong color, and the CW is transluscent. It also has a WD instead of LF, and there's no blue on the prongs of the Beylauncher L.

Looking at the box, that is not the style of picture Beyblades usually have on TAKARA-TOMY boxes. That is just a photograph they took, cut, and put on the package's design.

Seeing a lot of Quetz' about, no packaging either. I'm mostly seeing the NDS versions but managed to find a silver Quetz also. Just want verification out of curiosity if they're real or if they aren't.

The second one definitely seems official. For the first one, it is just weird that the Track and Bottom are not there.

Yeah, but there are people offering the track & bottom separately. It would work out cheaper to buy his wheel and then the track and wheel from another seller and it works out relatively cheap. He does sell authentic beys though.

The first one is definitely real. The second one, however, offers no evidence towards any conclusion; we cannot discern if it is official or fake.

Well the Bakushin has a takara tomy logo on it so of course it's real.

No way to tell from the sol blaze though, seeing as it's a stock image, though they do say it's made by takara so if it isn't you could probably complain to paypal or whatever.

If you are thinking of buying the second one just buy this one because, it pretty much verifies the validity and is $5 cheaper. By the same seller too.
