I'm going to officially third the opinion that you need to go see a dentist about this matter. There is absolutely nothing you can safely do that will not cause permanent damage without proper equipment.

in terms of health i love watching pimples/zits/Abscess'es and what not being drained also saw a tumor being removed in recent weeks i had a BAD ear infection hurt like the dickens i tell ya what.
That's kinda weird (but hilarious), and doesn't really belong here.

Hows it not belong hear Hygiene involves health does it not? and it isnt weird to me it just shows me how fascinating the human body is like 2 weeks ago i saw a nasal surgery removing a polyp from the inner cavity now that was gnarly
It ain't helping improve anyone's health, nor is it asking for assistance with your health.
Yo, with all these posts about medical stuff, why don't we name the topic "Health Stuff That Has Nothing To Do With Making A Healthy Individual"

"Medical stuff" takes priority over butt flexes in making someone healthy, 99% of the time.
Your body is an entity of medical stuff. I can open up a thread for health problems and such, but I really do not want to become the forum doctor, nor do I think it needs a distinction from this thread.

M muscles are pretty much there just need to be sorta firmer in a sence, as in, you can see my muscel without mye tensing but i want to make it so they stand out more, mostly so i can thrash the shotput record, and other reasons... Advice ?
Also, do rowing machines do any good, IE are they useful ?

Well to be perfectly honest, neither is what makes someone healthy.
I don't know how to explain it well but I don't think medical assistance should be in here. Maybe I'm just biased in this situation, haha.

I don't know what other answer to give to the first question other than that. You gotta be more specific, then I'll help you out with a plan.
As for the second question, do you mean the rowing machines that professional rowers use (the ones where the seat slides), or the actual strength training style rowing machine?
I want to make so that i don't have to tense pretty much, i'm already doing 5KG weights, but i might do higher ? Theres improvement but is there any quicker way or anything ?
The ones proffesionals use.

Then you'll want to read these:

If you want to get better at rowing, they're great. Other than that, it's mostly cardio.

The thing is, SSJ, it doesn't need its own thread - that will cause a clinic dependancy problem. I am knowledgable about most medical matters, yes - and I can offer valid advice for a vast multitude of situations! However, I am by no means a licensed medical professional, so I'd rather just give people side advice with an accompanyment of "see a medical professional" for things involving more serious problems. For that reason, I do not think a thread giving off the illusion that I am a substitute for a real doctor is ideal.
Sores, bites, common illnesses, gastrointestinal distress, rashes, general medical health advice(ie: which vitamins actually help the body and which ones don't), over the counter medication advice, etc. I can give with total confidence in most situations, but... well, to be honest(and to clear the air here on where my knowledge comes from), I am only educated to the point of being a Registered Nurse. I actually did study and complete most nursing courses, so I do know quite a lot about general triage and disease. In addition, due to my own health issues, I have a MASSIVE library of personal experience with human ailment.
Despite this, though, I am still just not really willing to become the School Nurse of the WBO by opening my own thread, and advising people the way I have been in this thread DOES apply to the general well-being of the human condition.

You can do tons of things without a weight room. If you've got gravity you've got a workout. If you can, the best thing to do would be to get a pull up bar, and a resistance band or two. A pullup bar will be about 60$, and resistance bands are cheap. You can get door mounted pullup bars like this: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness..._up_bar.do . That's what i use.
exactly what i was thinking
i may get one later, i may be getting stronger, but i am not capable of lifting my weight. and my hands are... a fail at holding on to heavy things (even if my arms are fine)
just one last thing:
this is a good drink. you only need half a cup of it every day and it is filled with great things. not only that, it tastes good two
another good drink is, coconut water. it is full of electrolytes (but finding a sugarless one is hardish).
The best drink out there [to provide energy in carbohydrates, electrolytes] is.. pickle juice.
Sounds abnormal, does it not? It has been proven by professors in Utah, as it stops cramps and increases output.

so in other words i should drink vinegar that cucumbers soaked in...
to bad i dislike the tast (and smell) of pickles...
also, what drinks have they tested it against to see that it is the best

Too bad the sodium content in pickle juice is absolutely massive and unhealthy to consume on any level and at any age.
It's a sound concept. Pickle juice contains vinegar, several other acidic compounds, and quite often, garlic and dill. But, the sodium consumption is just not good. Moreover, introducing that much acid directly to your GI tract/stomach during a high-activity period is going to be a painful experience.

I've actually never tried coconut water, but I always hear wonderful things about it!
The best nutritional drink you'll find right now is called Shakeology
http://www.beachbody.com/product/supplem...SHAKEOLOGY
70 only natural, highest quality ingredients. I've never tried it (because it's $120 for a 1 month supply!) but have never heard one bad thing about it, including the price. When people try it, the price doesn't matter to them anymore because it's so fantastic.
This is a good article about the ingredients and price:
http://www.carldaikeler.com/2011/10/the-...-and-tang/
They do a bottom of the bag money back guaranteed, and I've not heard of one person wanting their money back, or anyone stopping at that one bag!
About the pickle juice (and what hasn't been mentioned), if you're drinking it to get carbohydrates and electrolytes, there's waaaay better, healthier, and more natural options. A simple example is bananas, bananas have electrolytes, simple, and complex carbohydrates. Unless you're trying to run around the world, a banana is all you'll need to fuel a workout (with proper timing of course).
I'm just going to double post because I can't contain myself enough long enough to let someone else post.
I was really excited when I saw this, gave it a try, and was really pleased. I'm going to add this in to my weekly leg routine:
http://steve-edwards.blogspot.com/2011/1...never.html
It's so odd, but fantastic at the same time, because I can feel just by doing this move that it's a neglected area. You have to do it with proper form, and it's easy to do but a difficult move.
I'm very excited for my next training block (which will be month three of this cycle), because I'm adding PAP for the first time. Last month I added muscular endurance as well as a nice blend of mass (and I gained a couple pounds), this month I'm halfway through and I'm going for strength in the 4-6 rep range, and that's in preparation for my PAP. Three weeks to go until month three. Really excited to see the benefits.

I was basing my findings of what was found off of a research test..
That was something a teacher told me, as he used to play College Basketball.

It will be some hormonal disorder. It could be benign or have more serious roots, honestly I am not a doctor soooo...
He should definitely see a doctor about it, though.
is there any term or specific name for that kind of disease or problems?? i merely passed my bilology..thats why.. :\

It's nothing major, from personal experience, just a lot of teasing ect. My dad lets me shave to help hide it but otherwise I haven't seen a doctor since my parents saying it's normal, because of my Indian Heritage.(Nov. 13, 2011 3:25 PM)Benjohadi Wrote: Hey guys..
