General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

I mean, I think the ironic thing is that while the isle may be smaller than previously, at least in my local stores, Legends is selling out very fast.

They are very picked over. But, stores seem to just be getting the actual single packs, so since they just started showing up a bit ago, I'm sure most North American retailers will begin to pick them up.

The one thing that baffles me is how some people are reporting TRU's having the Vortex Set, while others with little to no Beyblade whatsoever.
Just to clarify, all Toys R Us'es in my area don't acknowledge beyblade, but in Target and Walmart, they're overblown. There's considerably bigger aisles there. I guess TRU must be off their rockers..
I saw my first legends double packs in a target the other day.
From what I have found, the Targets near me have only been getting 1shipment (containing 1 Dragonis, 1 Nemesis, 2 Pegasis' and 2 L-Drago) of Beyblade Legends per 2 weeks. The WalMarts have been getting about 2-3 shipments per week as what I will assume by the stock at all of them being pretty high. TRU has been a surprise as only some stores have the Vortex Sets, none having the single packs. Also, more of the regular Legends have been popping up in WalMarts!
in my local walmart, they drop the price of the legend to 5$ but it's only the fusion and masters series. Hyperblades are still the same price.
My local wal-mart doesn't even have the beyblade legends, plenty of Shogun Steel, but no legends. I am really hoping they get some in soon. If not I'll have to check target or TRU. I don't think I have ever seen so many Samurai Pegasus in one place. Only decent stuff they had left when last I checked was x1 Earth Synchrome, x2 Water Synchrome, x1 Bandit Genbu, x1 Samurai Ifrit, but like 15 Samurai Pegasus.
It's true all Walmart stores in Canada this week drop the price for the regular beyblade Legends and Shogun Steel for $5.00 each , http://www.walmart.ca/search/Beyblade some stores got nothing some got lots most common ones are Galaxy Pegasis , kerbecks and Meteo L-drago, more rare Twisted Tempo and Storm Pegasis , the ones that are not available at all Rock leone and Fireblaze that I believe part of Wave 2.

Good Luck finding yours

That's a really great deal, especially considering that the Canadian dollar is worth less than the American dollar. Normal Beyblades in my local target sell for somewhere around $7-8
Just spotted 2 of the Ray Gill 2 Packs at Target.

I'm assuming the other ones were picked over, since it was only those 2 left.
I hope to see the next wave as I haven't heard from Hasbro for a while now, I want to see those remastered Beyblades in a nice package and especially how nice 4D looks in a Hasbro box.

I still haven't found the Beyblade Legends Metal Fusion/Masters single packs in the US. Are they even gonna be released in the US?

I know the two-packs have been released, but it is weird that no one in the US has mentioned seeing singles yet...

Reason could be some stores were still getting in SS singles (I know my Walmart was until last month), so they might be holding off to order Legends singles until closer to Black Friday when the shopping season really starts or something.
Is it me or they did not make a berserker byiako
Hasbro never made Berserker Byako
Did takara or shonokong did then?
Nope. It was on one of the lost episodes of Zero-G.
Toys R Us is having a deal where each Beyblade is 5 dollars (shogun steel) and the Vortex set is 15 dollars!

2 of 5?!? I thought Hasbro wanted Beyblade to be an evergreen brand? *cries*
In the U.S., any TRU that still had Shogun Steel left were $5, to my knowledge.
From what I've seen, with the success of previous seasons such as metal masters and metal fury, Hasbro overstocked stores with Shogun Steel tops, thinking it would sell well, and now the tops are on discount because Hasbro's stadiums (besides 1, which came in an exclusive set) were not optimized for the Shogun Steel tops, which are meant to sway the stadium/not get swung out. Thus, the average buyer (kids) realized these tops stink (even synchrome tops stink because in Hasbro's stadiums the battle is all stamina). Now that Hasbro is selling the Legends series, the problem is the opposite, and they understocked.

EDIT: I have nothing against Hasbro. In my opinion though, I believe if Hasbro would have marketed Beyblade as less of a toy and more of a hobby for people of all ages it would sell much better *cough, destroy Beyraiderz and Beywheelz and Bey-whatever*. This includes less crazily designed and *less* biased stadiums. Hasbro could have done sooooo much better with Shogun Steel.
I'm confused, are Legends doing good or not?

While they sell well, they don't see to restock more. Maybe stores realised that they didn't sell well in Shogun Steel and decided not to pull out more(Legends) than needed, not realising they actually sold better, as stores probably won't check all the times I suppose.
