General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

If no one had mentioned it when you made your comment, your responsibility would've been to mention it to avoid the confusion, rather than saying something that was factually incorrect and at the same time discouraging to people who might have been excited.

Semantics are fun, aren't they?

Why would Flash be defense? Lol
Hes saying thats a reason why diablo won.
So what are the Metal Fury Hyperblades being priced at?

You mean Pegasis.

It generally depends on your store.. But someone got them for $10 in one of the videos..

The prices should be somewhat similar to the Metal Fury ones.

Did you get mixed up with the strikeout code..? LOL

Hasbro did it again: hasbros diablo won from the TT diablo Grin
I haven't watched the videos, but I hope people don't start assuming the Hasbro Hyperblades are somehow superior to their TT/SK counterparts: these are battles by people on Youtube, it's to be taken with a grain of salt.
Its not like its impossible for the Hasbro Hyperblades to be better than the T.T./Sonokong molds, it just seems unlikely, and unexcpected. Personally, if the Hasbro BGrin is better than, or the same as the T.T. BGrin I wouldn't really mind. Its nice being able to get good parts, without having to order anything online. Who knows, maybe Hasbro did "fix up" some parts like BGrin (when i say fix up i mean the mold issues). Just my opinion.
Went Beyhunting, not expecting to find anything new, since my area in S. Florida is notorious for having releases behind most places. I went to two Wal-marts. At the first one, to my surprise, I found all the Hyperblades, the Hyper-Strike Battle Set, and most of the (1st wave of) regular Spark FX Metal Fury Beys, sans the Proto Nemesis. The large stock of their exclusive MM 2-Packs, which were there a month ago, were mostly gone. At the second Wal-mart, they had a two-sided Beyblade display in the aisle, one of which was blocked off by a stock of building blocks, the side which was hiding their stock of Hyperblades and Spark FX Beys. Sneaky Wal-Mart staff. This particular store also happened to have the Metal Fury 2-packs in stock, something my area hadn't seen yet, which is why I thought I wouldn't see anything like the Hyperblades until January or later.

Hyperblades: At Wal-mart, they are indeed $10 ($10.46), so they probably have an MSRP of about $10.50 to $11. That's $2 more than a normal top ($8.99).

Hyper-Strike Battle Set: The set is the same price as previous sets, which normally go for about $39.99, but at the moment (at Wal-mart) is marked down, like the Destroyer Dome set, to about $34.96. The Pegasus III wheel, is metallic red, exactly like the one from the Super Vortex set, and both tops oddly have the holographic stickers on the facebolts. As for the stadium, it really is an odd shape, making me question if it even has pockets.

Regular Spark FX: Not much I can say about these since I didn't purchase any, but don't get your hopes on them performing well. Up close, most of the wheels look really bulky on the surface, such as Wing, but given the past track record, they are most likely hollowed out.
Also, the Hasbro Diablo was newer. That may have affected performance. I'm not biased or anything. Just saying.
Duo ice titan unboxing:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xA9O-nvqGOE&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Yerp, Meow! got it. He'll also have tests up for it soon. I can't wait.
As I thought, duo has enough room to be extremely hollow like scythe.
Wow that thing is super hollow. Not even made up of two parts man. I'd be surprised if that could even beat Burn haha.
Keep in mind that it is just a Spark FX beyblade and not a Hyperblade. This means that it was not intended to have 4d modes or weight.
Pardon what might be a n00b question, but which beyblades are confirmed as being released as hyperblades (i.e. full 4D blades)? All of them, or were some of the Spark FX releases we've seen non-hyperblades with no hyperblade counterpart (which just seems extremely odd from hasbro, but of course this seems to be the case from the above posts).

Also, to everyone talking about the Hasbro versions beating Takara versions, in addition to what Rai said, I would suggest looking at what I mentioned in Beyblade Random Thoughts, or just remember what happened with the similarly performing Duo and Phantom - tests going wildly in either direction due to slight differences. As I said there, I'm more interested in weights (and of course, just because one sample of one brand is heavier/lighter than one sample of another doesn't prove much, so if that occurs don't jump to conclusions unless it's a significant difference) and good visual comparisons than I am testing - especially as if the weights and designs are the same it should prevent people from jumping to conclusions if the duo/phantom thing occurs again with Hasbro/TT/SK releases of parts.
Big Bang Pegasus, Omega Dragonis, Phantom Orion, L-Drago Destroy, Diablo Nemesis, and Kreis Cygnus. (For now)
New info hasn't been released.
OH and Flash Sagittario
Most of what we know is based on Toywiz's pre orders:

Here's a list of the currently unreleased 4D Beyblades, th!nk. Only a bit back in the thread.
I hope lynx, jupiter, striker and hades will be released as hyperblades

Ah, okay, thankyou. Well, that basically encompasses almost every single one I am interested in, lol. Hopefully, they will actually be released (especially Lynx and Quetz).
IIRC, Beat is being released with AD145? Is that correct?
For the moment all Hasbro Beat Lynx have AD145 until they make a hyperblades one which is likely but we have no idea if they will.
Ah, alright. I got confused with the beywiki stuff I read through.

So Hasbro is deciding on releasing most of the 4D beys, with all the original gimmicks and parts? Good move.
Back on the discussion of the differences that can happen... IMHO, assumptions should be held back until legitimate tests are conducted.
Went back and got the Hyper-Strike Battle Set and the Spark FX Proto Nemesis (they did have one hidden). The Hyper-Strike Stadium does in fact have pockets, but they are way too small for stadium outs. It does, however, seem to have steeper slopes than usual, but that may be my eyes playing tricks on me (it's actually hard to tell since it is orange clear plastic). I'm in a rush, but, later, I think I'll try to make a review video of most of the Hyperblades (no Diablo Nemesis and single L Drago Destructor) and the Stadium, while filming the colors as accurately as possible.
