General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

Wow, stealth battlers look fun!
Hell Kerbecs opens up like a pocket knife...
Funny.
As for the skateboarding stadium like thing we noticed, I find that impressive, tbh. Tongue_out

MaskedPhoenix- SD has had quite a few releases, and its always nice to see it being released with an XYZ bey...
If at all SD was extremely important to us, that part swapping would have faced some amount of criticism, maybe. Tongue_out

well, the thing with releases like Burn Wolf aren't really about what parts they come with(since none of them have new parts), they're more about the insight of making more beyblades based on ones used in the show, since for kids (the target market), many buy the beyblades used by their favorite characters, and doing releases like those also means that kids don't have to dismantle their own beyblades just to make a combo used by a specific character. for example, to make Poison Virgo ED125ES without buying the corrected version in one of hasbro's faceoff packs requires you to use parts from 4 different beyblades, and I doubt many kids buy multiples of the same bey. so at the least, releases like these show some initiative from hasbro
Yes, that has been known since quite sometime.
What I was saying is, apart from being a disappointment for kids who would have liked to have the exact same bey instead of the SD being replaced, its a disappointment for serious bladers too, as we missed out on SD yet again.
SD is quite rare these days, being released with just Dark Bull and Poison Serpent. It would have been nice to have another release.
I also said that- Should SD have been a vital part (atm, its just a WD substitute, so it ain't "vital"), there would have been an uproar! Tongue_out
Stealth Battlers look cool.
Will I buy them? Maybe the set, depending on what it comes with, idk. Loving the Hell Kerbecs <3

yeah... but with several recent beys including WD, it's become a fairly common part nowadays. though this honestly surprises me, because I'd have thought that TT would want to have more variety in the parts of the beyblades they release, so having so many beys with a common part is pretty strange, especially one as good as WD. heck, WD is part of how to this date, Earth Eagle is my best bey
I'm not liking the Stealth Battlers myself. I mean, yeah, it looks cool, but... it's just another way for Hasbro to waste people's time and money, imho. Uncertain
Although the ad for it is so damn corny, They still look cool, and so does the stadiums Grin

What is and is not a waste is on each individual consumer to decide, not you, let alone the company. If they're fun, the product was a success.

Competition is not everything. In point of fact, since Hasbro has no serious tournament scene, competition is nothing.
I seriously think that this is a good design idea, it looks quite interesting to me, as alot of people have said about these kind of things on 'beyblade parts I want to see come true.'
That does not mean that they have to do everything to release a lot of products that are completely illegal in any and all organized play if there ever was ...
I'm not really sure what else they'd do with the free time they obviously have - release Beyblades that aren't out in the Anime yet? They likely wouldn't do that too far in advance until a new season starts. They already pump out far more recolors(whether you like the recolors or not is irrelevant - you are no one but you and that is precisely who your opinion matters for) and part re-releases than TT does, even with their "dumb money wasting inferior poop garbage butts" toy line still running strong.

The manufacturing department has nothing to do with their poor shipping problems, either, before that gets haphazardly mentioned - that is an issue Hasbo has spread throughout ALL of their brands, not just one, so it is completely irrelevant to them making gimmick toy lines.

The only complaint I can find is that they do not re-release launchers/grips, which is a valid point to make, but I hold out hope that they will release more sets including the old grips, at least.

Don't like a new product? Don't buy it. ~The End~

It looks to me like they might have some usable parts for legal beys (though nothing amazing or new).
I got more info.

Leone stadium
Halfpipe stadium
There seems to only be a (dutch?) version on this, so i'll just post the link. Halfpipe Battle Set contents
The halfpipe stadium looks so sick.! Thanks for the information.
It is German. At least Google Translate calls it German... Smile
Also, I really find those stadiums innovative.
Not that it would be really useful for serious play or something.
I always liked such gimmicked stadiums. The plastic-series anime had SO many of them.
Just noticed something that only I could notice and nobody cares.
In the Ray Striker sticker sheet from Lightning Sword Showdown,it just says Ray Striker D125.
You know what, what you said is true.
Nobody cares...
Also, does that even belong to this topic?
EDIT- Actually, there are many such sticker sheets. I recall some from the plastic era... Smile

I'd say it partially does, but isn't very useful for the thread.
What is odd to me is that the Leone stadium has a Fang Leone face printed in the middle. Either Hasbro is hinting at "Metal Fury", or it's just another one of their mess-ups.
I dunno but uh it looks actually good for hasbro. I'm curious for performance and battling abilities
The Thunder Leone from the solid iron showdown pack i have has the same sticker as well.
Ha, the Halfpipe thingy looks fun. At least Hasbro got a new idea rather than the 2poccket design.
Honestly the stadium isn't new, as it was snown earlier in the thread. The photos however are new, so that's great.

Do they really have to release all ten new Beyblades of a season all at once before the season even gets broadcasted ?
Speaking of recolors Im kind of siced for a recolor of VariAres. Who knows , Hasbro mught release a red mars ver lmaoo i just love how Hasbro breaks the rarity of a rare beyblade but then again, It is a mystery
