General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

This is a bit late, but I've only seen a lot of the pictures just now.

Some thoughts:

Cosmic looks really light, and doesn't look like big bang at all. Low hopes for it, but it might be a better way to get R2F I guess. But yeah, this one is extremely discouraging for me as to the weight of metal fury beys.

Fang: Well it's in the wrong mode. Eugh.

LDrago Destructor: Interested to see how heavy it is, and if the plastic wheel does anything to improve its attack, but eh, I doubt it'll be a big change. F: S was terrible, but I'd still take it over LF. Bleh.

Variares: This one I'm interested in, but I'm concerned about those red things being obstructive (as the plastic parts of TT's one were not obstructive due to the mechanism). Interested weight wise, and hey, maybe it could end up being defensive haha.

Beat: Beat could be good, if they've increased the weight, it could have some real potential again. Definitely one I'd look into. The no TH170 thing is still incredibly annoying of course, AD145 is a great part but man, that's a shame for Hasbro bladers.

Vulcan: Okay this is a really old one. I just found it amusing how the in-pack image has it painted while the actual wheel isn't. GJ Hasbro.

Scythe: I left the most promising till last. This one *could* be really, really, really good. Hopefully the weight will increase, and it won't suffer too much additional recoil as a result of the fixed metal "PC Frame". It also comes with EDS, which is nice. I may, *may* pick one up if I see one, and it is probably the one so far that I am most eager to see testing on, and were I limited to hasbro stuff, it would almost certainly be my first Metal Fury buy.

So yeah, obviously it's all gonna depend on weight, but Scythe and Beat look promising.

Hopefully Scythe is good so hasbro bladers at least get something out of this horrible mess hasbro have foisted upon them (though that risks destroying what little balance their metagame has left). That's if they can find it past the three billion Cosmic Pegasus that will be on shelf in every store that has stock, of course.
I'm kinda looking forward to Diablo.
Then again I'm not.
A solid Diablo would be like throwing a rock at someone. A big one.
However they may decrease the weight due to... Well, it's Hasbro.
Kinda excited to see Fusion as well, as half of the damn wheel is rubber. WAIT NO NOT LIKE L-DRAGO DESTRUCTOR PLZ NO PLASTIC
Flash, I am hoping you're not in Stamina mode, even though you are, because that's pretty much your original mode. oh the horror
oh my goodness
duo
uh oh
I cannot believe that you have only seen Toywiz's pictures now yo.

Well, consider that my primary interests are HMS, Plastics, and Zero-G at the moment, and that I can buy from Takara, haha. The thought hadn't really occurred to me to check. I hear most of what I do about new Hasbro stuff through Raigeko, so yeah.

Honestly, I wasn't aware of ToyWiz's images until you mentioned it, I mainly check Entertainment Earth for hasbro stuff. Now I have a better image of Cosmic... Wow, it looks like storm. Last I checked we only had really small images of them from somewhere.

Though... Now looking at them in comparison to Spiral... Those wheels look a bit small on a few of them (beat for example). Hopefully it's just my eyes...

I guess as they're released "this month" we might get some idea of what hasbro are doing with weights and so on.
Also, I'm honestly still shocked they haven't released LL2's by now. I mean it's no L/R beylauncher, but the L3R would have been cool from them too and it's still a decent launcher. They honestly are depressingly poor.
The "Beywheelz" launchers strongly resemble modified LL2s.
Wait, when is metal Fury comming out, i've been away for a time, and the only thing i know is that it is sometime this month, does anybody have an exact date, and when will they come out in countries like Australia? Why does hasbro have to be so obscure...
Hasbro never has exact release dates...

Toywiz/Entertainment Earth (can't remember which one off hand) said they'd be in stores May 21st or something, though. May be true, may be false.
Omg take a look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfxR4tbVH...re=related
They faked beyblade cause they also have a pegasus and destroyer and they look the same ( the beasts that come out of the wheel)
Yes, the company that produces the toys made another version of a top.
Surprising.
@MB1: Just to clarify, those are made by Hasbro, the same company that makes Beyblade in the western world. They are by no means "fakes" or "cheap knockoffs", they're merely a lousy gimmick side series that'll only be worth getting for the launchers and the spin track at most.
And we already knew about this, because we have a topic in the appropriate forum about the BEYWHEELZ anime ...
I dont know if anyone has shown this but i'm pretty sure this is a Cosmic Pegasus IR beyblade ; http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hasbro-Beyblade-...1452wt_653 Look at the sticker on the launcher.
Already been posted IIRC.
The New Metal Fury Line...
I found a XTS "Cosmic" Pegasis & L-Drago "Destructor"

We know about those too.

Yeah I know. Just showing the entire box 360 degrees around. Fyi. :p
Edit: I'm not going to continue this small disagreement. So, yeah. Let's just leave it at that.
Electronic Beyblades are just barely anybody's interest though, so I think just seeing the pictures the first time was enough to satisfy whoever likes those.
"Pro Series" ahahahahahaha
they r 4 teh proz
The words "Pro Series" were reffering to the paper jams guitar underneath.

If Hasbro releases Diablo in one piece, it would probably look something like this.

Brb -Dying.
That might actually be it Grin
Why cant Hasbro put s130 on Jade Jupiter and RSF on Blitz unicorno. They have already released these parts. I think they use to much money on XTS stuff
Well, we are reaching closer to the release of Metal Fury beys...
I have completely lost interest of it, and after seeing those clearer images, and seeing how some of the MWs seem to have lost weight, I simply nearly gave up on this line up, haha!

Even I am pretty interested in Diablo, its supposed to be my favorite 4D bey (along with Death Quetz), and I hope that Hasbro makes a special mode changing rendition of it, considering that its supposed to be the ultimate bey...
I know that these are pointless hopes having no meaning, but well.....

Out of all those beys Hasbro made, I am only sufficiently interested in Vulcan Horuseus. Considering that it is a good looking bey (OK, the silver in place of black looks dumb, though), and I won't be disappointed with Mode-Changing (as it doesn't have any in the first place), I'd be happy to own that at the least. Otherwise, I won't get any of these beys at all...
Lets wait till they come out in stores and I actually get a "live view" of them, and if they seem to look good, I'll buy them for collection, haha!
You just keep hoping..

Though I'd doubt that would ever happen.
