Blending seems to be a forum wide problem here... As well as lack of flow and depth.
Eg. My signature's smudge is directed in a smooth slope, that is the flow. going from middle right to upper left, with a nice curve, that is my sig's flow.
Blending is in the lighting, the render doesn't stand out like it was just pasted into the background. Look at the lights, the actually affect the render's overall lighting, no?
Depth is seen in the smudged blue line that also defines the flow. it goes over the render, and hence gives a 3D feel, not just a plain 2D one.

A decent example of flow, depth and blending (other oldies please correct me).
In addition, those who want more CnC, my Upper Level shop is open you know

I don't use websites for sigs.
Well, I used to, but not anymore.
Anyways, I'd get gimp, unless you have it, and watch How-To videos.
It will help a lot.

Neither really flow. I don't know if its my phone or what but the background of the first one hurts my eyes. The second one is much worse. The text blends into the background and the render is bad. But for a beginner its great much better than I was when I first started.

I really like it, but for some reason I think the render isn't suitable for it. It looks weird how the c4d comes out from the right and it pops up before the render. I.e the render is going in a direction, but the c4d IMO looks weird.
