It can't be Sunday cuz there isn't enough time for people that live far away to make it home in time and be ready for school as well. maybe if it was like 2:00 on a Saturday? MAYBE 2:00 on Sunday the 16th but that's the only Sunday.

Are you sure? There have been several date changes. If you are, try to propose it as soon as possible. As well, is it the same time as the original tournament was going to be?

The earlier the better. The 16th would be cool, and we have no school on MLK Day so it can go both ways.
