Forge Disc - Zenith

Quote:==Description==
Zenith, like Magnum, Jerk and Polish, is a Forge Disc made up of a metal core and plastic perimeter making up the gimmick of the Disc. Unlike the aforementioned Discs however, Zenith uses a different metal core with three blades in the shape of "Z"s.

For Zenith's gimmick, the plastic houses rubber sections, meant to absorb impact and reduce Burst risk during Disc-to-Layer contact. However, due to most Burst Performance Tips being of similar heights, such contact is rare. Furthermore, if such contact does occur, the rubber is liable to act as brakes, slowing the Zenith combination down. Additionally, because the rubber extends to the underside of the Disc, which when combined with Zenith's rough perimeter, nullifies any Life-After-Death potential. Finally, because much of Zenith's construction is plastic, the Disc has a Centralized-Weight-Distribution and is light weight which slows Mobile combinations, reduces Attack potential, creates poor spin retention and spin times and makes combinations highly vulnerable to Knock-Outs.

==Overall==
Zenith, like other metal and plastic Discs, is too light to be effective. Furthermore, due to the rubber parts and rough perimeter, Zenith also nullifies Life-After-Death, making it ill-suited for Spin-Equalization combinations as well.

As such, Zenith is recommended for collection purposes only

Who's bright [CENSORED] idea was this?
tbh, doesn’t take to be a genius to know zenith will suck
Hmm maybe when it get hit off balance it will do some kind of counter attack.

But... Maybe it will be at least ok?

maybe, we’ll just have to see
It'll probably be the same level as 13.
Agreed. Why doesn't the Valkyrie line ever come with good parts? Besides the layer, the only good/ok parts were: Accel, Variable, Vortex, and maybe Evolution.

Volcanic wasn’t too bad.

(I was going to say Ultimate Reboot wasn’t trash, but it isn’t technically part of the Valkyrie line)

But Ultimate Reboot was on the Valkyrie line. It just wasn't released with any version of Valkyrie.
Lol great, make a bad disc a little heavy, make it a part of a beyblade which will obviously be appealing to people and then see them go haywire.. Way to go TT! Way to go???
The disc looks like as if it's a combination of the disc and frame the only point being that the frame is permanently attached.. A good idea but executed badly..

Zenith, like other metal and plastic

Ok for some reason it isn’t posting properly so disregard that post.

Anyway, someone needs to change this. Zenith is one of or the heaviest disks in the game. On top of that the gimmick does work a little bit, at least from what I have seen. There is hardly any contact at all, yet the opposing bey still bursts. Granted, this does not happen a lot, but it still works more than previously thought.

Adding on, please do not pass speculation off as fact, as you will get embarrassed if you are wrong. In this situation it was not so bad, as it was a popular view that Zenith would be horrible, but please refrain from doing this in the future.

Yes, so it should be changed since it is a draft.

Each draft is Progressive, Remember lift, until it was paired with bearing, it was really bad.
Draft is an early project of an essay/report/script/presentation that works as a guide towards the final form of the project. It can occur as one of a thing that the author may know exactly what the item is in all aspects then put into detail to give readers a different understanding of the project. If executed perfectly, the audience will understand what you are talking about in a new light.

In this case, this Draft was performed very early to the point in which Zenith wasn’t stolen by random people to send out to the world before the release date UNLESS THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING BY HAVING THEM EARLY which put readers to understand Zenith as Lightweight yet fast to dish out fast and controlled attacks, even if it can be easily KOd. From now on, Zenith was confirmed as a particularly heavyweight disc with the three Zs given great thickness and the red plastic somehow light enough to make Zenith faster with the white rubber dealing additional damage if it hits. This can be useful to edit the draft before the final copy. And if it IS your final copy, you may refrain from further editing the project until further notice.

==Overall==
While Zenith has a rough perimeter and rubber parts, which nullifies Life-After-Death, making it ill-suited for Spin-Equalization combinations, it's high weight can help it find a niche use as a substitute for high-weight discs such as 0, 10, and 7. However, much of its weight is still centralized, limiting its potential use in a competitive setting.

As such, Zenith is a welcome addition to any blader's collection, but is recommended for collection purposes only if one already owns 0, 10, and 7.

Not entirely sure if that's accurate enough; testing may be required.
I think this is worth mentioning: The Japanese text description for Zenith says that the rubber is meant to aid in bursting the opponent when layer to disk contact occurs.

Despite the non-functioning gimmick, Zenith's metal core is significantly heavier than that of Magnum, Jerk and Polish, with weight comparable to commonly used Core Discs with Frames. Furthermore, the triangular design of the metal synergizes with the Valkyrie series of Layers, significantly increasing their Attack potential without negatively effecting balance.

==Overall==
Zenith's heavy weight and weight distribution makes it one of the best Discs to pair with a Valkyrie series Layer, specifically Cho-Z Valkyrie. However, that same weight distribution, as well as the rubber pieces, reduces Zenith's versatility as well.

As such, Zenith is not a must have but is instead a welcome addition to any blader's collection. However, if one prefers to use Cho-Z Valkyrie, Zenith will become a must have.

So I was very wrong with my prediction. Now I can't wait to see how well this will work with Slash
