I'm the kind of person who's strength can't be seen normally. I'm a smaller guy and I am strong, but it's not very noticeable from the naked eye. I have a 6 pack but I figured that be weird to show on a public forum lol.

I have six packs as well but my parents tell me I need to slow my working out because I need to do other stuff. But I still work out like 2hrs a day

It's a great exercise. The goal is to stay in a pushup position for as long as you can. For a harder time, try. Being on your forearms instead. I can do it for 2:45 minutes before collapsing and not being able to use my arms. For days. It can really stink sometimes.

Max is 65 but I’m not a light weight guy at all. Weigh a lot from the muscle I’ve gained.
