I eat Grapes though idk if they're a fitness fruit or not. I have braces so I can't eat apples or Oranges that well anymore.

Edit: I like Watermelon too

Grapes are great because they reduce blood pressure and stress

Yes I do. It’s not the greatest thing but it’s not as bad as the media makes it look.

It’s too bland for my taste.

Oh yeah some fruits for me are bland too
I hear that mangos are a great fitness fruit for weight watchers but I just don’t like mangos for some reason. I used to but they’ve fallen out of favour.

GMO is a good thing really because the fruit are bigger meaning we can feed more. I don’t understand why the media hates it.

I have but not that much
Wait, are mango's great fitness fruits? I sound dumb, but I genuinely never knew. That's great though, since I personally really like mangos.

Seems like it. It’s usually the favourited things that are not as good but I guess mango’s are an exception.

Personally I think any fruit is a great fitness fruit.

Yeah seems like a fair claim to me.

Pretty much I agree
I think the overall best fruit by fitness standards would be bananas. Full of potassium which is perfect for keeping fluids in your body. Potassium has a unique effect where it increases the efficiency of activation when you contract your muscles meaning that a muscle based workout would be more effective than normal.

Compound exercises vs isolation exercises anyone (if you know what this means)?

Isolation exercises seeing as I can’t use my legs too much

Aren't compound multi joint movements

Close, multi muscle movements.

I’m big on compounds. I like the lactic buildup and I think it’s better for strength gains.

You can always build up strength for upper body compounds such as bench/pull ups/dips/rows. Also, why can’t you use your legs may I ask?
