Tank busters seem really indescript. Also I guess Tornado staller's are kinda another type of balance combo.

There is no way that it will win so I don't really see the point.

I think that the only "Tank Buster" we have at the moment is MF-H Libra 100SF. Correct me if I'm wrong. The others are all Tornado Stallers.

Edit: Guys, why aren't we acknolegeing MF?

Sorry, me and my military motifs, you'll get used to it hopefully. Since the Basalt BD145CS/MB/MF is called the "tank", I call the counter blade "tank buster" or "anti-tank" blade.
But let's get back on topic, I see many good results, tornado stallers and so forth. I think got through saying you can't KO it, but definetly OS it. Oh, and did you guys bank the "tank" when using staminas, just wondering, I don't want people giving me neck just because I'm saying this.

Well, I banked TankCS, but I sort of did a mix between banking and regular shot for TankMF, since MF moves around much more than CS.
Uncustomized Hell(Maybe with WD) may defeat this.

How about this.
And i'M SURE THAT Hell with WD can defeat it.

Be more specific about the blade, you only said Hell and WD, Not very descriptive.
The combo I'm saying are Hell Kerbecs BD145 WD and Basalt Bull 85/90 WD
Um, I don't think it can make the other combo budge from its place.....
It's the Tank Buster for Stamina.

@Mr.N Why do you pick that combo? I was trying very hard to avoid libras, earths ect. for traditional metagame supporters sake.

Well, it does very good against the Tank. I don't really understand what you said after the question.

Also, TankMF will completely obliterate Tornado Stallers, and this does really well against it. I just need MB results.
I mean you decided to use Earth metal wheel, a very low collision metal wheel, considered stamina which is unfair on the OP maker. Anyone could have slapped together a Libra 145SF and that would obviously do quite well. You've just skipped over using high collision wheels which is frankly cheating.

LOOK EVERYONE - The OP maker (forgot name, whatever) has already stated the Tank combo is there to be defeated by aggressive high collision "attackers" and NOT new metagame/traditional stamina. Which means WD doesn't really qualify as an aggressive does it?

OFCOURSE a Hell BD145WD can OS the heaviest Bey which scrapes a tonne. The tank lacks juice so why go for obvious options - Your making it too easy for yourselves and we have already finished the aim which lays in the title.

Furthermore MF based combo does do well and the exact same rules should apply. MF-H Basalt Leone BD145MF is heavy, it's defensive that it does not tornado stall.
We have found the Tank buster to the "Tank" variants. Both MB and CS - Can we please start on MF properly.

ED: On MF:

Since MF has a pro of not tornado stalling, we will want to find a buster than is grippy this time to force the tankMF out of it's comfort zone since it is already on the tornado ridge. A heavy nudge will send it out from the short distance of the Torando Ridge. Speed, weight, height (avoid BD145 contact) is what I will look at first.

Aquilaz112 Can you bother reading the previous pages, the combos are called tanks for a reason, we're not busting stamina, it can't even OS XF variants! It is undoubtedly a defensive, heavy, low collision tank.

Oh, I get it. I'll look deeper into MF.
Been experimenting for a while, and the closest I've come across to actually KOing Basalt was MF Sagittario 135RF.

Conditions:
MFB Attack Type BeyStadium
BeyLauncher
Sagittario always launched last with a strong Banking Shot.
Basalt always launched first with a straight shot.

MF Sagittario 135RF vs MF-H Basalt Cancer BD145CS
Sag- 35% win rate (7 KO)
Basalt- 65% win rate (7 OS 5 KO)

Sag actually smashes pretty damn hard, even late in battle. But since it only has two Smash Points, there is a chance, once in a while, in which it might only hit like Storm.

Obviously, this combo's win rate is no where near as good as the win rates of those 'Tornado Stallers', but if you need to find something with a slightly more decent KO rate, MF Sag 135RF would probably be a decent choice.
Thanks Diamond with at least some KOs there, I find that MF is a tonne easier to KO as it's vulnerable on the tornado ridge. Then again tankMF does KO a lot too.

Nice tests, Diamond! I've been experimenting with MF-H Fang Leone 230XF/R²F recently. I have explained why in the Fang Discussion. Diamond, if you own MF, could you help us find a counter to it. MF completely destroys Tornado Stallers via Flower Pattern.
Ugh, i have been trying MF Hell Kerbecs 230XF to beat this Tank, i came with no results like MR.N. I will try to find counters, hopefully Gravity Perseus R145LRF/MF and Screw is able to beat this Tank.

Did you bank it? You're supposed to just shoot it normally.

also, try with mf sagittario d125 F,
bank it and shoot it AS STRONG AS YOU CAN. it should produce an "explosion" of recoil. if you can aim a wall while bouncing back, you can obtain good results
In my opinion, Fang is like Vulcan, except it only works on high heights. It has 3 Smash Attack contact points, and 3 recoil contact points in Counter Mode, so I consider it to be just as good or even better than Vulcan.

Edit: Fang Double KOed or smashed the Tank into the wall a lot. Can someone else also test MF Fang Leone 230R²F?

MF-H Fang Leone 230R²F VS MF-H Basalt Kerbecs BD145MF
Standard Procedures
Fang Leone Win Rate - 30% (3KOs)

MF-H Fang Leone 230R²F VS MF-H Basalt Kerbecs BD145CS
Standard Proceres
Fang Leone Win Rate - 0% (1DKO)

Against CS, Fang just seemed to hit TankCS and recoil out of the stadium. I don't own Pre-HWS Sagittario, so I can't compare Fang and Sagitarrio. Are you getting Fang Leone, Diamond?

I'll test it, but I have to use the Kerbecs clear wheel.
Has anyone tried Final Drive (on Big Bang Pegasus) yet. Mabye MF Fang Leone F:D is the "Tank Buster"

No, I played against it with the "tank" in Heaven Shattering Tourney, I won 3-0.
f : d is really good on gravity perseus, cause it eliminates two of the most dangerous combo in our metagame: basalt bd145 and basalt 230

And your test results to back it up?

Edit - I did more tests with Fang. In fact, I did 50 rounds because the battles are so exciting.

MF-H Fang Leone 230R²F VS MF-H Basalt Kerbecs BD145MF
Standard Procedures
Fang Leone Win Rate - 34% (17KOs)

Edit II - Ahh, 1% worse than Sagittario according to Diamond's tests, but the tester's style and launch power matters.
