Face: Quasar
The face depicts a stylized quasar, a compact area of high energy that surrounds a supermassive black hole.

Clear Wheel: Quasar
The clear wheel features spikes and edges that emulate the energy of a quasar. Its shape allows it to be used with certain metal wheels to improve their contact points.
4D Wheel: Finality
Finality was designed with the idea of combining plastic and HMS generation aesthetics with the design features of MFB. It features edges and slopes similar to those of plastic gen beys, and the "metal orb" aesthetic found in many HMS beys among other design features. The wheel is split into three parts, PC fame on top, metal frame in the middle, and metal core on the bottom. The PC frame has one upward slope on either side, followed by a spike. The spike fits into the grooves of the other parts of the wheel, and serve no purpose other than for visual aesthetics. The metal frame is made up of two metal rectangular prisms with grooves on their inner side to allow the PC frames spike to fit in. The metal core is the skeleton of the wheel and provides a cradle for the PC and metal frames. Although the picture doesn't show it, there should be walls near the center of the core where the PC and metal frames would lock into place, similar to that of Beat.
By rotating the metal frame and PC frame around the metal core, two modes can be created:
-Upper Mode:
In upper mode, the slopes on the PC frame are exposed to provide upper attack. Because the slopes are made out of plastic, this produces plastic-on-metal collisions when it makes contact with the opponent's metal wheel, which allows it to lift up the opposing bey with minimal recoil.
-Smash Mode:
In smash mode, the blunt points of the metal frame are exposed to allow for strong smash attack. However, because of the 4D wheel's build, smash mode also produces high recoil, which can occasionally be strong enough to KO itself. To minimize this recoil, a MF is recommended when using Finalty in smash mode.
Finality's attack wings reach as low as Scythe's lowest point. This low height makes it possible to use Finality in the upper/smash attack combo: MF Finality Quasar 85RF/R2F.
Track: Defense Upper 145
DU145 is the spiritual successor to Driger V2's support part, Upper Attack. Unlike the Upper Attack SP, DU145's two modes are used for completely different purposes: upper attack, and defense.
In upper mode, the track has a slope that provides for mediocre upper upper when used with any wheel. It reaches low enough that it can even upper attack BD145 in normal mode. When paired with Finality, the combination creates two sub-modes: upper smash, and full upper.
Upper smash mode is achieved when Finality is set to smash mode with DU145 in upper mode. In upper smash mode, Finality's metal spikes interrupt the upper attack produced by DU145, creating a different attack experience. Because the opposing bey would be partially lifted by DU145's slopes, this should decrease the opposing bey's defense, and increase Finality's smash ability.
Full upper mode is formed when Finality(upper mode) is used with DU145(upper mode). In full upper mode, DU145's slopes align with the slopes on Finality, increasing Finality's upper attack ability.
DU145 can be flipped, similarly to BD145, to create defense mode. In defense mode, the track produces a partial wall that covers part of the circumference the metal wheel. Like upper mode, defense mode creates two sub-modes when used with Finality: full defense mode, and semi-upper/defense mode. Full defense mode is created when Finality(smash) is combined with DU145(defense). In full defense mode, the metal wheel and track combination forms a complete wall. This wall is made of 50% plastic and 50% metal, which increases its ability to absorb hits from attacking beys. However, defense mode is not perfect. The slope on DU145 leaves a small gap in front of Finality's smash point, which would allow for a critical hit if an opposing bey were able to hit it. Semi-upper/defense mode allows for an alternative to avoid this problem. Semi-upper/defense mode is formed when Finality(upper) is combined with DU145(defense). In this mode, two nearly gapless metal walls are made by the metal frame and metal core, and there is a small, upwards moving gap between DU145's inverted slope, and the PC frame's slope. This combination of fullmetal wall and upper gap gives Finality DU145 improved defense, as well as the possibility of upper attacking opposing beys.
All the previously mentioned modes were for right spin. DU145 can also be used with left-spin beys. In left spin, "upper" mode would produce some defense against low attackers, and "defense" mode would be used to produce force smash. The dual-spin functionality of DU145 can be put to use in MF Gravity Perseus DU145CS/RC. Perseus's dual spin ability, size, and weight allow it to use all of DU145's modes effectively. CS and RC would be chosen based on your attack/defense/stamina preference. RC for more attack/defence. CS for defense/stamina.
Despite its uses, DU145 suffers from one major flaw: its depth. In upper mode, DU145 reaches as low as BD145, but it suffers from floor-scraping to a greater extent than BD145 because it has a greater radius at its lowest point. Because of this, using DU145 in upper mode with a low bottom is highly unrecommended.
DU145 also has some restrictions on the metal wheels it can be used with. The small bumps at the top of its upper slopes make it impossible for it to be used with extremely low-reaching metal wheels like Scythe. Other than it's obvious compatibility with Finality, DU145's defense mode is also restricted to being used with only small metal wheels, such as those from pre-4D era, because of the wall created by the inverted upper slope. Because of this, defense mode will not work with Hell and most of the 4D era wheels.

Bottom: Rubber Change
Rubber Change is a bottom that can be used in two different modes depending on how it is launched. When shot with a regular launch, the bey will go into defense mode and sit near the center of the beystadium. The rubber of the tip gives it strong defense capabilities, comparable to that of RS and RSF. When launched with banking or a sliding shoot, the bey will go into attack mode, and is capable of following the "flower pattern" that is created by using a sliding shoot.
In a way, this bottom is similar to CS in that it can be used for both attack and defense. However, because it is completely rubber, RC has a lot less stamina than CS. When knocked off the center of the beystadium while in defense mode, the bey will be forced into attack mode and it will circle the stadium, greatly reducing its stamina.
For some reason, the color scheme ended up being Kamen Rider W, even though the bey has nothing to do with him..
