Quote:Evipero, known as Evileye in Japan, is an Energy Layer released as part of the Burst System. It debuted with the release of the B-24 Random Booster Vol. 2 Evileye Wing Needle on December 26th, 2015.
==Description==
Evipero is a round Energy Layer designed for defense that features a coiled serpent around the perimeter and molding around the center akin to the Iris of the eye, like the Layer's Japanese namesake; Evileye.
The perimeter features twelve blades, that at first glance appears to create a rough, high recoil design. However, the direction of the blades means that impacts are instead deflected off of Evipero, reducing recoil. Furthermore the Takara Tomy release of Evipero feature four teeth of medium length, allowing the Layer to withstand the recoil it does produce.
==Overall==
Due to this Layer's low recoil and strong teeth, Evipero is a great defensive Energy Layer, however it is still outclassed by other, more commonly available Layers such as Nepstrius and Wyvron. As such this Layer is a welcome addition to any blader's collection.

Energy Layer - Evileye/Evipero
Very cool article but Evileye's BeyAvatar isn't an "eastern dragon" (you're probably refering to the Long) but it's a cobra with the legendary third eye as you can see here: [Image: KAK8S81.jpg] . Also the Layer from RLC3 isn't yellow and green. It's more of a bright green in real life.

But he isn't referring to the BeyAvatar, but the mythological creature that's behind the name.

The evil eye is a feared curse done by an evil stare. A third eye is in many religions and beliefs around the world an eye on ones forehead that gives one the ability to look beyond space and time and see into different levels of reality and spirituality. The word Evipero comes from Evileye and Viper refering to it's Avatar design.

I think the reason why it is outclassed by other top tier layers such as wyvern and neptune should be explained.Also please suggest a combo something like Evileye Heavy/Knuckel Defense/Revolve/Orbit.
I've found that best combo is
~layer| Evipero
~Disc| either central or force (honestly wing works fine on it, and is the only one it works well with IMO)
~Driver| Go original needle for best results concerning flexibility in the battle as well as great defense. If you want to make Evipero stare through your oppoents
soul, I suggest survive or fusion.
Evipero is my favorite bey.
Later Blader.

Furthermore, with the release of the Evolution/God Layers, Evipero is now too light to stay competitive. As such, Evipero is recommended for collection purposes only.
==Differences in the Hasbro Version==
Hasbro's release of Evipero features strong slopes, combined with the unchanged design creates a top tier Layer for defensive combinations with excellent stamina. However, its rough design makes it outclassed by Unicrest. As such, Evipero is not a must have but is instead a welcome addition to any blader's collection.
==Use in Defense Combinations==
Hasbro's Evipero can be put to use in the Defense combination Evipero Knuckle/Heavy/Gravity Revolve/Press/Needle. The Knuckle Disk bolsters Burst resistance and Stamina and the Heavy/Gravity Disk bolsters Knock-Out resistance and Stamina while Evipero's strong slopes can compensate for the increased Burst risk. Revolve increases Stamina while the Layer and Disk reduce recoil while Hasbro's Press/Needle's tabs and strong spring increases Knock-Out and Burst resistance.
