Format:
This is a Beyblade X event that will be utilizing the 3on3 format for both the first stage as well as the second stage of the tournament. Please read the Beyblade X Rulebook prior to confirming your attendance to ensure that you or your child have the appropriate equipment to compete.
This event is also a qualifier event for the DMV Grand Prix and has a very strict set of rules to follow that is in line with rules for a WBO ranked event. Please read this DMV Grand Prix Rulebook to get yourself more familiar with the intentions of this series.
Decorated Parts Prohibition
Bladers may not use parts that have been decorated in the following ways for this Tournament:

This event will be held indoors at SuperStar Card Gaming.
Time:
As the tournament will start promptly at 12:00pm, please plan to arrive around 11:30am when registration will begin. Registration will close at 11:55am. Confirming your attendance on the WBO event page does not substitute for registration at the venue.
If you know in advance that you will be late, please post in this thread or contact someone at the event and depending on the circumstances we can perhaps still include you if we know you will arrive soon.
I will not be accepting any player, pre-registered or not past 12:00pm!!
Participants:
This event will cap out at 36 players
Stadium:
The BX-10 Xtreme Stadium.
Prizes:
The players that earn 1st through 3rd place will be given Store Credit to Superstar Card Gaming based on the amount of participants in the tournament.
Other Information:
Please come prepared. It is helpful for both hosts and judges if all participants bring at least one Takara Tomy or Hasbro-manufactured Beyblade of their own and more than one launcher when possible. Additionally, parents of children under the age of 13 must be present for the duration of the event, as tournament end times can be difficult to estimate, and we would hate for someone to be left behind once it is over.
I will have 2 full loaner decks with launchers that will stay with 2 of the stadiums so everyone can play!

Need-to-Know Information

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.
2. Arrive On Time
You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.
3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings
We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!
4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours
This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!
5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called
Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!
6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions
All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.
7. Players Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent/Guardian
If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.
8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited
Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.
9. Terms of Service
All event attendees and users of this website are subject to our Terms of Service.

Sadly Myself and my wife have come down with Covid and so I will not be able to attend. However, our good buddy geetster99 has agreed to host this event still on my behalf! So still come and enjoy the tournament! I will return next week for the weekly Superstar events and if you're just aiming to compete in the Grand prix events then I will see you in December when I host the next one!

well dang, it appears that it’s hit some one in my household as well. hasn’t made it’s way to me yet but I don’t want to risk passing anything along. see y’all at another one

Oh wow, I just found out about this. I've only just got into Beyblade a couple weeks ago, but I got a bunch of Beyblade X stuff after reddit users told me I had to check it out, and this location was only gonna be 20 minutes away.
I just got a package in the mail today and have been playing with my Beyblades all day while I could have been doing it at the event.
Since this says Qualifier #1, is there going to be another soon? I'd like to keep informed about other Beyblade events in the Baltimore area. Also I have no idea what I am doing and otherwise brand new to the community, if anyone wants to hit me up directly give me some tips on how things work and where I can find other Beyblade gatherings even if they're not official events, it would be appreciated, right now I am just making my wife and friends play with me much to their chagrin.
