Cyber bullying in WBO affiliated groups

I'd like to bring an issue to the moderators that has brought up complications regarding my future in WBO tournaments.
This post is about the infamous Ashton Pinto.
Recently, he released a youtube video, a giveaway video in fact,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Y8H9kRFgsE , and one of the commenters said his giveaways are fake. Ashton turned to our Whatsapp beyblade group, Bladers of the fall, where we discuss our views and opinions on beyblade in India. this is what Ashton resolves to. Ashton has used offensive language in front of minors, even went to the extent of encouraging minors to engage in cyber bullying and confront the kid who commented, and he has explained three methods to his disciples , 1."Tell him politely that just because you aren't bringing in any results in giveaways you are jealous "(> Implying the commenting kid deserves to be called out by vilest obscenities) 2." Are you jealous of his huge collection"? (>implying he can brag about his collection and put down others because that kid is maybe not rich enough or doesn't have access to online markets) 3."Did your daddy beat you up"? (Blaming someone's parents for such a minor thing that could be shrugged off easily, and domestic violence is certainly no fun)

Our involvement, my brother Soham02 said, "There are minors so please don't curse", and Ashton answered, "Are you still on drugs? " ( My brother has been prescribed by a physician to take certain anti-anxiety anti-depression pills), and worst of all, he kicked him out of the group.
So I'm asking you guys to check every detail and maybe make sure we can come to WBO tournaments?

Let's not bring stuff outsideof WBO and personal matters between you guys to WBO.
The moderators have nothing to do with this. Cuz Ashton Pinto served WBO for years.

I would always suggest to solve these issues among yourselves.

Most important stuff is lets not make enemies through a game, cuz the person you hate the most might be the person you need the most.

People are stern sometimes, but its their nature and we ought not bring issues outside WBO to the world. You know we have more infos about everyone's past and present, we did not bring them outside.

He is an old member and much seniour. Yup the fault was not from one side. We should settle these matters in person.

Actually, it sort of is cyber bullying toward the person who commented in the video.

However, we indeed cannot regulate what happens on off-site platforms: that is one of the risks you guys agree to live with by participating in private chatrooms. As such, no, they are not "WBO affiliated groups". 

That being said, years of contributions for the World Beyblade Organization or not, we do expect our Organizers and any of our representatives to set a good example, especially toward their own community.

There was no need to post this on WBO. What Ashton did was in anger, he is working very hard to establish his youtube channel and he is giving away so many valuable and expensive beyblade and then people comment like that! Anyone would get frustrated and angry! I know what happened was wrong but humans make mistakes. Ashton is really a very generous guy and has done a lot for the community and without him mumbai community can't sustain. The groups are no way affiliated to WBO and therefore this matter is not WBO related. And soham , Should I post here how you act on the groups? Should I expose your true colors ? Trust me the groups are very friendly , you can ask firefire about this , he is the most active person on the groups. No offense intended to any of the mods.

Actually I know Ashton for a while and ik he isn't like this usually. Perhaps he was a little pissed off that someone called his giveaways fake. But anyone would be, we can't really hold him accountable for that. However it was a bit harsh turning others against the kid but u gotta understand how annoying some of these accounts can be. Especially the "can I have a free beyblade" accounts or the ones that call the gw fakes and stuff are really irritating. If they find the gw to be fake they can unsubscribe and leave peacefully. They don't need to announce whether it's real or fake or whatever and try to sabotage the channel. If it is truly fake people will catch on and unsubscribe so no need to call ashton out. And ik Ashton and he's an honest guy so he won't cheat people.

First, there's no way those groups are WBO affiliated. It's not mentioned anywhere on the website, so don't really know where you're coming from.

Second, look who's talking. You guys were never reported for all the carp you've done, so it's really ironic that you posted this about Ashton here. Gee, I'm surprised you guys are still around.

Okay, while I don't really agree on the guy posting this as a thread and should be taken to DM, I don't think that rude tone was needed...

I'd give my thoughts on the situation, but I know very little about it and the only thing I can say is that being a long time member doesn't automatically get anyone away with what they did... that said, I think it's stuff best discussed PM or outside WBO.

Excuse me, there was no reason to post this here. Ashton Pinto has been serving WBO for years and he's the biggest and probably the best blader in India. I don't know who you are, but better control yourself, your actions and your decisions.
I'm not going to be rude, but Ashton is a human only, he can do mistakes, but not as big as the one you did by posting this here. He was angry and come on, nobody can control themselves when they're angry. This way, you'll create enemies for yourself. And one thing, the groups aren't WBO affiliated at all, they were made so that all the Indian bladers can be in contact with one another. I'm also a part of that group and I witnessed all that. But that doesn't mean that you'll share it here. I don't know what you were thinking while doing this.............. Better delete this thread.

Tbh the title isn't right cos the minute something is done unless the wbo themselves indicate that they are affiliated, the group cant really be called a wbo affiliated group

So I asked in our WhatsApp groups and I got to know that this guy is Soham.

He is known to have troubled some 50-60 people in our groups a few years ago, later on he was kicked from my group.. after he caused a Big Bad scene for months long .. people asked me to ignore him because he was on drugs. But I think it is pride and attention that he seeks



And now after 1 year I think, he seems to be bringing back the hatred. He never accepted his faults .. never apologied to my group members. They were very sad and annoyed that I added a filthy person. I got a bad response from many people in my private chat.

If you have problem with me or with our 40-60 members in 8 of my Beyblade WhatsApp groups or anywhere on social media. Seek for a solution yourself.



Oh and just to clear things up. That channel does not belong to me in its fullness.
What evidence do you have that that channel is mine. I coild also put false accusations against you. It's easy to defame. Have some shame.
But yes child, if you have a problem with any of thr admins of that Channel. Take it to the court. Or at least stop doing drugs. It will help


And no @mods. I am not being sarcastic. Many people told me that he is on drugs a year ago.

This guy is not the first person to cause trouble. I have exposed many like him on my FB pages .. to my close friends in person. It's always good to warn people. I personally have no time to track or even think about them. I have a life to live mate.

Haha yes 
I get a lot of comments like that. I just delete them. Sometimes, like once in a while I defend.
Now I do have a right to defend myself. 
Unless Soham who hates me wants to take my basic rights and desires my death. 



Let me tell you guys something. 
I have 18 Instagram accounts, 4-5 Facebook accounts, 30 or more Facebook pages, 5 Twitter accounts. 8 active YouTube accounts, 21 gmail accounts and Google is linked everywhere And more

Some are political, some religious, few sports etc some secular in a way and so on. All have a decent audience.
Besides, this is just online life. These days I don't even look at them 


I get hate comments every day. Death threats at times. 
So this Beyblade stuff is something tiny for me. For others it sure is huge. Since not many  can handle all this at one time. 
And whether I say in anger or in rage 








Whatever I do there is of no concern to anyone. Have a problem ? Report me to the respected authorities. I do know well how to defend myself 


But don't be foolish and stupid like a 2 year old child by bringing it up at another forum. 
I wonder what would happen if this happened in some of my political groups.

And those who know him from the day he net Aaryan while bashing and trolling him on his insta account. I think it was his brother leokan ..
But yes, they both were asked to be removed by people from my groups due to their pride and disobedience , by breaking many of the group rules


Oh this was all like 1 or 2 years ago. I have better ways to spend my energy instead of recalling all those negative funny moments

I was sort of on your side up until now, but the way you replied does not show the right attitude at all, and actually seeing everybody gang up against the original poster for reporting this, in such condescending ways too, has been quite frustrating. It may not have been the right thing to do, but do you need to be FIVE to tell him off, in such insulting ways also?

And who is more mature and right here, bringing up the reporter's possible or rumoured personal issues as if they were valid points to diminish the report's value?

Even if what happens in private chatrooms is not our problem, the replies in this topic clearly demonstrate that a few in the India community need to work very hard on their attitudes.

And people actually dared to like ashton pinto's post?

3 days ago, we had a 1 year course compressed to 2 days. I doubt anyone will get time to sleep when they have a packed schedule. Put yourself in my shoes.
