So, yesterday I decided to barbecue before the season ends. What better way than with some homemade burgers?
The patties were a mix of pork, beef and veal. Mixed with them was a new seasoning I got called Hickory Garlic, which was basically a smoky garlic. I also put some Bullseye Sauce (Guiness version) in the mix along with some other spices.
The bun was ciabatta with garlic butter, which was later toasted on the grill.
On the burger was Swiss cheese, onions and maple bacon.
Extremely good, had 2 since I didn't have lunch, and here is a pic:
