General Info:
This event will take place at Dave and Busters Wauwatosa in Showroom 1. I will have at least 8 judges, besides myself (as head judge/organizer). This tournament is 3on3 X format with Deck match final stage, you can find the BBX rules here. You can find the rules for 3on3 and Deck Match Type in the match types guide. I also want to add, we only get the room until 4PM, so everyone has to be out at that time. To make sure the tournament will end at that time, all participants must stay in the tournament area so they are able to battle when called. If you fail to show up to your match, you will be given a loss for that match.
There is also no outside food or drink allowed in the building. Fountain drinks will be provided (for participants only) but you'll have to buy your own food or additional drinks if you choose to order any.
A waiver will also have to be signed by all participants so if you get either a beyblade related injury or someone gets any kind of injury, I or Dave and Busters will not be held liable.
Sign-in:
Sign-in will begin at 11:00AM outside of Showroom 1 and will close at 11:50AM. To insure sign-in goes smoothly, it is advised that you print and fill out the waiver ahead of time. You can find it at this link. Also please make a challonge account before arriving to the event.

5. Switching Combos:
A. If a replay is declined, the loser of the previous battle may choose to have the judge rotate the Stadium 180 degrees to swap sides.
B. Both bladers may then freely select a Beyblade from their deck to use in the next battle.
C. The winner of the previous battle must make their selection first, and then show that Beyblade to their opponent.
D. The loser then may select any of the Beyblades in their deck to use for the next battle.
E. Any mode changes should occur after both players have selected their Beyblades, taking place double blind if required.

There is a participant cap of 60 and we would like to have as many bladers within that cap participate. They will have to make a WBO account and join on this thread.
Spectators are allowed to come, but they cannot stay in the room the entire time because of the available space.
Equipment Available:
There will be 6 stadiums used for this event and foam mats will be used for each one. (There is a possibility that stadium stands will be used)
Bring your own beys and launchers!
We are not responsible for any damaged or lost parts and launchers.
Other stadiums are welcome to be brought for the practice area, please mark that it belongs to you. Please do not use MN (metal needle) in the practice area unless it is your stadium that you own. This bit leaves deep scratches and dents in stadiums, please do not destroy property that isn't your own with it.

- The following Bit may not be used in this tournament: Metal Needle.

- Parts that have been painted/clear-coated unofficially.
- Blades are permitted that have been decorated with unofficial/homemade stickers, but only if there is one singular thin sticker on the center circle. Please keep them appropriate.

Hi everyone! I just added a new ranked clause to the thread that was just released in the new organized play updates.
A summerization:
For DECK MATCH FINALS ONLY
If the loser of the match declines a replay (same beys, same side of stadium) they can choose to swap the side of the stadium they are on.
Then it is just normal deck match type, winner chooses bey first and reveals said bey, then loser gets to choose theirs and reveals their bey. (these beys can be the same that were used before, they don't have to be changed technically)
I also want to add that if you signed up on this thread and can no longer go, please click "Leave tournament" so another person may participate. I will be sending out a mass PM eventually as well about that saying to check the thread updates as well.
