I disagree. Burst has good animation in certain moments but other series have it very frequently imo.

never watched og, but from the clips ive seen, it looks like metal. metal was pretty uncreative with its animation, just lots of explosions. burst is more realistic, but more colorful as well. also burst has better hair styles

but plot is a very big thing in anime. MFB takes that. MFB has a lot of insane battles

mfb has a worse plot than burst. mfb just carries it out a bit better, but no one rly cares about bursts plot holes, the battles are way better. also mfb has..... i can count 5-6 good mfb battles. here are some amazing burst ones:
