If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.

RS is trash and should hopefully be outclassed soon.

Dark is a terrible Defense wheel. And you didn't mention a B bottom. B is better for defense than SD I believe.

Can I ask if TAries145ES is good and if I can't where should I ask

Thermal is a Top-Tier Stamina Wheel, 145 is an effective Track to use for Stamina combos (but still needs more testing).
However, ES loses balance very easily. A loss of balance could cause the Metal Wheel to scrape on the stadium floor, causing it to lose a great deal of Stamina.

So overall, Thermal Aries 145ES is a mediocre/bad combo.

Flame Sagittario 100S
Flame, not in the competitive combo list, but it can win Earth occasionally
100, stamina beyblades need a tall track, 100 is mediocre
S, again, it sucks

The best Stamina bottoms are SD, D and WD.
You should check the Competitive MFB Combos list.

And no, Flame Sagittario 100S is not good. Even though Flame is a very good Stamina wheel, the poor balance from S causes the same problems as ES (floor scraping, especially when used with such a low track).

Also, you should note that the S (Sharp) series of bottoms all have poor balance. However, RS might be an exception since it's shape is closer to the B Bottom. :\
