Oh no, that combo would have too many Balance issues.
Um, he might try Meteo L Drago 145/GB145LRF for superbly mediocre attack. Replacing LRF with WD would give him a passable spin stealer...

Gravity Destroyer 100CS (if CS is agressive) might work. Get Twisted Tempo to Make Twisted Kerbecs BD145 CS/RSF/RS.

Your best bet is Hades Kerbecs BD145 (boost mode) WD. It's the best you got...
