Also is this a good combo?

yes it is. Other gravity combos are with d125 rf and r145rf...you may use r2f or lrf as well

No. If you get Basalt/Twisted, it won't produce as much recoil? R145 is heavier than 145, and if you get BD145, then you can get a better defense track.

You still shouldn't use R145 for defense. The large gap inbetween the wings causes large amounts of recoil, which finds its way to attack types.

C145 floor scrapes and also has a fair bit of recoil.

R145 is the safer choice.
