Phantom is capable of outspinning Basalt at times...
It is because its on B: D, that Phantom can be easily defeated.
B: D has low grip, which means easier KOes.
It isn't the best part for stamina, as only a few molds are actually quite good...
So, yeah.

Attack- MF Lightning L Drago 90/100R²F
Defense- MF Basalt Pegasis II(from Galaxy Pegasis) __ __
Stamina- Basalt Pegasis II 145WD

You need BD145, and also a CS.
Those will help you make a top class Defense Combo. Just add those to the combo I gave above.
If possible, replace Pegasis II with an Aquario for Defense.
Also, an AD145 would improve that Stamina combo.

You could make Meteo L'Drago CH120XF, but the Absorb Ver. is the best. The CH120XF combination would work better with it.

The only halfway decent thing you can do with that is just putting Draciel MS' Circle Wide on Driger MS. Maybe Gaia Dragoon MS' Flat Core on it, too, if you want it to be more aggressive...

Ray Pegasus D125F for attack

Unicorno is already a good 3-sided clear wheel for attack, and F is too slow.

Ray Unicorno D125RF should be good.
As for defense, your friend needs better wheels. Rock Pegasus II(galaxy pegasus' clear wheel) 145WB is the best he's got.
Stamina: Again, no good wheels. Try buying Earth Eagle/Virgo for this. Rock Pegasus II 145FS

Rock is horrid for defense, too much recoil. And WB is outclassed by CS, which he has.
So I would recommend Dark Pegasus II 145CS for Defense.

Sorry, it is terrible, and the post below is incorrect.

You could make Meteo L'Drago CH120XF, but the Absorb Ver. is the best. The CH120XF combination would work better with it.

It doesn't work with Rush Ver at all. Both the URS versions are terrible, Rush being the worse of the two, as Assault has some use in mediocre smash attack customs. There is no use for Rush other than looking pretty, and you should not be posting a response if you do not understand this.

Spark, I would recommend Burn Saggitario 105RF or Burn Saggitario 105F if in a Hasbro stadium, it really isn't that good though.
