I'd say there are a select few matchups in first stage where I'd rather use Xtend+ on Tempest Wheel 1S, but not enough for me to second guess using Drift. There's a couple benchmark tests in the spoiler below to support this claim:

I noticed ratchet drift works well for spin stealing on light launching. If you want to go for attack try using a GT disk like sting or blitz with ultimate reboot.

With a. Dash driver it has better burst resistance than pegasis
