you could also make Pefect Phoenix using the Revive Phoenix layer and the Dead Phoenix armour creating Perfect Phoenix.

No, even in burst limited there are much better combos, in burst standard it would lose almost every battle.

I’d recommend Perfect Phoenix 00 dagger Atomic, Regalia Genesis 0 Ultimate Reboot, and Cosmo Dragon Generate Retsu.
