A230 isnt stable unough for defnse nor bwd so I'd use sa165 or jist use bd145 and cs is good for defense with some stamina but a better choice would be rdf

so basically we have: sa165/bd145 rdf

Tip:SB (sharp ball)

Phantom Sagittario T125wd would be good. You could also try it with b : d.
Also, if you had an rf or r2f, you could make variares r145rf/r2f, as long as its TT or hyper blade.

for the people who answer my question:

first, thanks

second, I choose CS because I wanted to make a combo with it too, I know RDF is better for lad (is my first rubber tip and I'm using it for MF Death Kerbecs BD145RDF), for the people who suggest "D" bottoms, that only works against right spin Zero G Attack, but still is stamina, if would be named has defense, will be Zero G Defense, I want a Defense combo (so, rubber tips, has some of you noticed and suggest), the problem with tracks is that I will make 4 combos with SA165 (I have only 2 SA165 nowadays), 3 with E230 (Have 3 and will have 2 more with the time), 1 with SP230 (and I don't like SP230 for defense that much, I would use it for Zero G Attack or Balance), and 1 BD145 (I don't like BD145 very much, that's why I only have one, I give my second to a friend, actually)

I though of LW160, but to tall so low attackers would be a problem (I'm worried if it will be damage because of that too, Blitz destroyed M145 months ago so...)

Your best bet for that would be SA156 if your using C'S. you defiantly will need that LAD
