Just what I'd recommend assuming you're playing in a Takara-Tomy Attack Stadium...:

Attack: Metal Face Beat Lynx GB145RF/R2F
Stamina: Twisted Kerbecs 90/AD145WD/D/EWD or 230D, Meteo L-Drago II D125WD/EWD (Equalizer)
Defense: Metal Face Twisted Kerbecs GB145/BD145RS (RF if you want Anti-Attack)
Balance: Metal Face Twisted Kerbecs 230CS

If you're in a Hasbro stadium, just use Twisted Kerbecs 90/230D.


General recommend-er-er peoples:

RS and BD145 are not bad for Defense as many have previously stated. RS is, was, and will always be a better pure Defense Bottom than CS. If the only reason you're unwilling to use or recommend RS and BD145 in the same combo yourself be due to the scraping issues at the end, then you should remember:

Pure Defense types are designed to withstand Attack types' hits long enough to out-spin them.

Though it's a force smasher, it's also not terribly good... Though it's the best Jade combo I've seen, which isn't saying much.

I've put a lot of effort into Jade testing in the past which is how that custom came to be. Check out my blog if you want to see more detailed test results.

Yo! just got some new blades, could you give me some combos so me and my girlfriend can have a three on three match? I.E. two attack types, two defense types, and two stamina types? thanks!

Heres the parts i have:

Facebolts: basic face bolt

Energy rings: Perseus, Pegusus, Pisces, Byxis (yellow and blue versions), Befall, Capricorn, Leone, Virgo, Susanow, Gasher, Libra, Bull, Aquario

Fusion wheels: Gravity, Hyper, Spiral, Flame (i have three of them), Bakushin, Evil, Night, Midnight, Inferno, Rock (two of these), Fury, and Earth

Spintracks: 90 (two of these as well), 100, 105, 125, 145, 230, Change Height 120, Tornado 125, Gravity Ball 145, UW145, Eternal Defense 145, Claw 145, Armour Defense 145

Performance tips: Eternal Sharp, Flat, Wide Flat, Metal Flat, Rubber Sharp, Wide Ball, Ball, Hole Flat, Wide Defense (three of them)

its better you read the Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos,
so then you will understand what to buy. you should get Duo (from the BB 121 set )for defense and stamina combos and flash for attack...

Aquario is waaaay better on Death than Kerbecs, but if you are using it on Phantom....

Also, I wouldn't use RS on 230, it's too wobbly, IMO.

Scythe is good on low tracks, too. I'd put it at 100 height for the best contact with the PC frame.

That isn't a good combo, kid.

Obviously he was trying to make a defense type, and VariAres isn't a good defense wheel at all. Too much recoil. Even if he has a MF-H on it, it's still not good enough.

BD145 on Variares isn't good, iirc. Even if that was RF, it wouldn't have mattered, because it would have had even worse Stamina with RF because of BD145's weight.

Yes, I know, I prefer R145. BD145 blocks some of the smash points. But for someone who hadn't read up about anything, VariAres BD145RF would have been a pretty good attack combo, don't you think?

It wouldn't be, because of reasons I stated. R145 would be better, and it's not like R145 is less common than BD145. if anything, it's the other way around. :\

Attack types are supposed to be strong, and you want to give them as much stamina as you can, while keeping them light, and not weight-restricted.

Yes you are right, but I was talking about if they say, only had one 145 height track, and that was BD145. Very uncommon to be in that situation though, lol. Smile
