D125 and S130 actually got the best results out of these tests. But honestly, its personal preference. However people say H145 just adds unnecessary recoil.

Yes. MF-H Diablo Kerbecs BD145 RF is an Anti-Attack combo. However the MF-H Diablo Kerbecs BD145 CS is a defense combo, but it has too much recoil.
