First off, MLD? Oh heck no. MLD is only useful in spinstealing combos.

Try MF/MF-H Blitz Unicorno 100RF. Make sure Blitz is in the mode where there are only three wings. (Assault Attack mode)


Basalt aquario fares off better with BD145 and cs, plus you need MF-H for the weight.

MF-H Basalt Aquario BD145CS is top-tier, use that.

B has impressive solo-spin times, but it cannot take hits and is KO'd too easily. AD145WD works better. Gasher goes good with phantom for your clear wheel.

You should do MF-F Phantom Gasher AD145WD.

These combos are the best if not the best you can make, and will be useful in many situations.

Hazel already pointed out the main thing, WD is not a defense tip, and GB145 is not a stamina track, but one more thing: WD is not a good choice on 230, especially on basalt. D is used instead as it is significantly more stable.

Is it really...I know WD is really bad on a Hell Kerbecs BD145 but I found SD better on it.

I tried Basalt Kerbecs 230SD a while back but it was a bit wobbly so I used the WD and it worked fine. Then I just tried out using Basalt Bull 230SD instead after reading your comment and you're right SD performs better than the WD on a 230. Plus it actually performs even better with a Bull Clear wheel.

Note to self, never use a Kerbecs CW, I found it makes basalt wobbly on a 230SD... XD

Well, Kerbecs shouldn't be used with Basalt. Its been pointed out various times before.
The best one is Aquario.
Also, try to get D if possible.
SD and WD wouldn't solve your problem at all.
Also, WD is quite good with Hell BD145. Just that the combo itself is completely outclassed.
WD has always been easy to KO, so if that's what makes you say that, then let me tell you, every WD based combos will be quite easy to KO. But yes, the current Stamina wheels do prevent that at times...
If you want to utilize WD to its fullest, get AD145.
The reason for using D on 230 is already mentioned by th!nk.

Oh, no, Kerbecs is great on basalt, just not with BD145. Without BD145 already fiddling with the balance, Kerbecs can get you a few extra rotations over the opponent.

As for WD on high tracks, it is much easier to destabilise and beat with the low track combo's it should usually beat, because it has too large a range that it is able to wobble on.

Use MF-H Hell Kerbecs BD145CS.

As Whatzzer said, Hell without BD145 is "naked". Unless you learn to use that combo properly, don't use it.
And that isn't even the proper combo. MF-M Hell Aquario H145R2F is better. R2F gives the combo speed. Without speed, that combo is pretty much useless (Unless your RF is new).

But till now, I thought you were saying that Kerbecs is not good on Basalt combos, especially the BD145 variants but does play a significant role in the combo Basalt Kerbecs TH170WF, in which Kerbecs is put on Basalt in a definite position.
