I made a tempest combo it's tempest lucifer 2 2d wave is it good or is there things I can improve with it?

lucifer 1 is variant lucifer 2 is the end chip for chips in wbo they say 1 or two if there is like an evolution chip like ace dragon and imperial dragon

You could change Wave to Xtend+ if you wanted
