You have to place the launcher slighlty out of bounds of the stadium, and tilt it back and to the right slightly, then on release steadily and slowly slide your hand forward, the goal and effect you should achieve if done correctly is to hit the stadium and have the bey slide forward and within the first second of battle contact the opposing Bey’s layer directly with your Frame/Disk (so the wider the disk/frame the better, and why I prefer Vortex here) and using the fact the tip and disk are locked together have a 0% chance to burst (if landed correctly), then that contact will either instantly burst the opponent due to the insane weight and spin of the disk, or knock the opponent around somewhat loosening their layer or even preparing them for a knockout. This contact will usually right you up again if your bey is heavy enough, and that will allow you to start fighting again, if everything goes perfectly the contact will engage reboot and you’ll have it’s aggro tip for the entire battle, but the contact instant with the floor was important. Too much friction of the tip at launch wont let it slide forward, and will instead toss your insanely heavy bey into a pit, or will move you enough/right you up enough to miss them with your disk, botching the whole launch. If you miss, reboot’s scraping allows you to right yourself back up without going to the tornado ridge (a place where you never want to go imo) and instead finding the center of the stadium and again using your weight to throw any beys who try and disturb you flying. This mainly works with heavier beys with low friction tips, and i’ve found Rb, Ir, and Zeta (defense and stamina) to be the best drivers/tips for this strategy, it’s also the only way i’ve been able to make Right-Spin Legend Spryzen able to consistently take down Hasbro Drain Fafnir, TT Nightmare Longinus, and TT Sieg Xcalibur. It has trouble against Twin Nemesis in lift mode, cause it just rights you up instead of taking the disk to the face, then ultimate reboots to toss you out of the stage from the tornado ridge.

So you purposely make the beyblade scrape to make the opponent hit your frame. Bad idea. You are at the disadvantage of being off balance and most attack types and mobile combos will be able to capitalize on this, winning by out spin. If you do a sliding shoot (tilt the launcher to match the slope of the stadium and slide your launcher forwards.) it will create a flower pattern to hit stationary combos. Xtreme's speed makes impacts stronger.

right spin lS.7M.X can KO stock drain fafnir if launched correctly. When weak spun Fafnir can get knocked out. Hit fafnir with the flower pattern and it could cause enough knockback to KO.

Your launch gives Fafnir multiple advantages.
1. Your launch causes your beyblade to scrape. Less stamina.
2. Your launch makes your beyblade be off balance. Easier to knock over/ more scraping
3. Fafnir drains spin off your disk. Free spin steal with no repercussions.
4. Uses scraping to stay in the center. Loss of attack power.

Sliding shoot on Xtreme has the advantages of:
1. Controlled attacks. more efficient.
2. Improved grip. Less recoil=more knockback.
3. Better contact point. lS has better attack than the vortex frame.

His launch is to bounce off the wall to hit the opponent. I have heard of strategies like this and they work out fine.
Basically: bounce off the wall
Collision with opponent helps your bey right itself as well as most likely bursting the enemy.

Try Regulus R3 7Cross Atomic. Should be a good defense combo.

Try Regulus R3 7/0 Meteor Hunter. I find the Hasbro version is better than the TT in attacking combos

I like using iron or destroy with n3 as well. Sometimes switching lower/upper mode makes a big difference too.

I just bought a nova neptune. I have noticed that the stamina mode in trans is very unstable and scrapes alot. Can anyone suggest a disk that will counter this problem? What i have at my disposal-
