If you can change pegasis to Ifrit and SP230 to SA165/BD145/GB145 it would be very good.
If you leave it the way it is then it will lose.

No one can really answer that accurately, due to the large amounts of variables at tournaments. For example, someone could by luck pick a combo that beats yours and you could not even get 3rd, or you could make first.

Maybe the ring or the Synchrom +BD145 thing stops it from scraping, but the BD145CF setup bugs me a lot. switching to RDF would make it more effective.

if i join orion's tip with cosmic pegasus will it increase its stamina?

It will technically, but cosmic has to much recoil to go on a stamina set up like B : D and be competitive.

Confused why you wont use your 4D parts, so I'll make suggestions using them as a minimum.
I'll put the 4D parts in bold:
Defense: Twisted Kerbecs BD145RB if you had Ray Striker could use CS as well
Stamina: Hades Cancer BD145(boostnormal)WD or better is Phantom Cancer 230SD
Attack: nothing except for Variares ch120... no tips at all need rf, R2F, LRF, MF, XF
notice you say you have A145 on Jade? it comes with S130, other wise A145 is a good stamina track with WD as well under your phantom or Twisted Cancer A145WD
