It really doesnt matter, gb145 might work better for smash, but s130 covers the contact points better.

Yep, it doesn't really matter. The main difference here would be the heigh. Between GB145 and S130 use whichever you are most comfortable with.

Ok, First of all know that the main types are Attack, Defence, Stamina & Balance. Anti-Attack would be a Defence archetype (goes under Balance) and Spin-Stealer a Stamina archetype. Although you possibly know that already.
Ok, here are my suggestions:
Attack:
If you have Flash, then by all means use the Flash combo that I suggested earlier. If not then (assuming that the wheels I mention are Takara Tomy/Hasbro Hyper blade) I suggest VariAres R145RF

Defense:
Basalt Aquario GB145RS/CS I don't know if Hasbro's Duo is any good for defense, so that's why I suggested Basalt.

Stamina:
Phantom Gasher T125WD I chose that track/tip because I'm leaving 230 for the balance type, but if you want you can use 230D instead, will do better.

Spin-Stealer:
Meteo L-Drago TR145WD

Balance:
Duo Aquario/Gasher 230MB I know Hasbro's Duo isn't as good as Takara Tommy's, but this should get the job done.

Anti-Attack:
Diablo Aquario SW145RF/R2F again, SW145 isn't good by any means, but if you don't use R145 on the attack combo, put it on this one instead. Same of you happen to have Striker (from blitz) put it here, a lot better.

Aquario is better than Unicorno, but for Diablo Unicorno is better (and By Unicorno I am referring to Unicorno II (4D))

I know but he doesn't have it, and in one of his previous posts he mentioned Blitz Unicorno, so assuming that he has it, I am recommending it for Diablo. Its the best replacement for Kerbecs. And some people prefer Unicorno II over Kerbecs because it doesn't stick out on top, and the weigh difference is not really that significant. @Phanton Gasher, for the Diablo combo, Use Striker II. If you don't have it use Aquario.
