If your Phantom Orion DOES come with a B:D (i.e. Takara Tomy/Sonokong or Hasbro's Hyperblades, can change modes), then you can use this stamina/balance setup: (MF-) Phantom Kerbecs 230/BD145 CS
If your Phantom Orion DOES NOT come with a B:D (i.e. Hasbro, cannot change modes), then you can use this setup: (MF-) Hell Kerbecs BD145 EWD/WD/CS

Spin Equalizer: Gravity Perseus TR145/ED145 WD (Left Spin)
Destabilizer**: Flame Cancer/Bull 100 FS
*If the CH120 change mode works properly (i.e. DOES NOT go from 145 to 120 height in the middle of battle), use it.
** Not really useful now-a-days, but for fun. :)
You have an odd collection, in my opinion. Although you do have Flash for your best attack, you need a better stamina and defense wheel. Invest in a Hell/Hades Kerbecs (for Kerbecs and BD145) and a Phantom Orion B:D, and either Killerken, Gargoyle, or Saramanda to go along with your Reviser for better Defense.
What are some metal wheels or chrome wheels that are good for Anti-Spin steal (specifically Dragooon combos)?

I'm pretty sure this extremely outclassed, but try Lightning L-Drago 90 RF. Try getting Flash Sagittario so you can do Flash ___ S130 RF/R2F.

The only MFB wheel so far that's well-known to Anti-Spin Steal/Equalize is Death (e.g. MF-H Death _____ BD145 RDF and MF-M Death ____ B:D). Also, MF-H Gravity Perseus BD145 RDF can beat a fair amount of the Dragooon combos in its own game.
I don't know about Zero-G so far.

You can try Gargoyle Dragooon LW105 RF, if it does work. (I assume that Meteo L-Drago has its original LW105 and LF setup. If it has Hasbro's purple-blue colored setup with DF105 and LRF, use Gargoyle Dragooon DF105 LRF instead for a better setup.)
I think of it as a possible alternative to Meow's Killerken Dragooon DF105 LRF. I suggest you watch and practice/mimic his "launch technique" first: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aho-XqXIpcE and test it on defense combos.

Either one would be fine.
But in my opinion, Death Kerbecs B:D for sure. Though I would suggest putting an MF-M on it for better balance.
Meteo L-Drago should be on its CH120/TR145/ED145 EWD/WD setup.
Vixxterity: Thanks, that would mean that Janstarblast has misinformed me on some information. Btw, I need your opinion on something.
What's your opinion on these combos (excluding the LDG combo)? I need help on which parts I should use on these combos (out of the ones listed).

Meteo L-Drago B:D isn't as bad its just, I think Meteo L-Drago does better on CH120/TR145/ED145 EWD/WD. You're welcome to use its B:D counterpart if it helps though. Test both counterparts yourself against Phantom/Duo AD145/W145 WD to see which one does better.
Putting a working CH120 on Flash Orion _____ R2F can give you that choice where 120 mode can help you give that reach against low track defense, and 145 mode for mostly everything else. W145 and GB145 are other good options.
Put MF-M on both Duo Aquario 230 MB and Death _____ B:D for better balance. You're welcome anytime to use Cygnus on both combos for a little more stamina.
I dunno if putting Death on a 230 track is a good idea. Phantom or Duo on a 230 D sounds good. But really, I think your (MF-M) Duo _____ 230 MB covers against most stamina combos.
I don't know much about Zero-G. I currently only own a Reviser and a Dragooon (to test certain Reviser Dragooon combos), and a Pheonic (for the E230). As far as what I've read from here, it doesn't matter whether you put your 2nd Reviser on Dragooon or with your 1st Reviser. People are still testing for which chrome wheel would work best with Dragooon. So far with Dragooon, its generally accepted that Killerken > Reviser.
Also _____ Dragooon SA165 WD > L-Drago Guardian BD145 RDF. You can try _____ Dragooon BD145 RDF as an alternate too.

Neither of them are very good. Post your parts and we can help you find what are the best Beyblades you can make from your parts.
Also, you do not have to write out all the parts like that. The naming system is [Fusion Wheel] [Energy Ring] [Spin Track][Tip]
So the combos you posted would be Hell Horogium BD145B and Basalt Horuseus 145WB.
