Is RF or MF better on FlashS130? Also, should I use WD, SD, or D with HadesBD145?

They Both work pretty good, its just that MF give FlashS130 more stamina, and for HadesBD145 I think D would be good, but try WD too.

Well on Hades(Hell) you can use BD145 in Boost Mode so there's no scraping

Yes, that's correct. MF stands for Metal Face, unless that abbreviation goes behind the Track (ie: BD145MF) it is called Metal Flat. Aha.

Yes, I believe it was a good combo, seeing how Twisted used to be top tier for Stamina customs, as well as the currently-dominating WD is there also. Although, Twisted is now outclassed by greater Stamina wheels such as Phantom, Death & Duo.
