You can but if you have a W145, use that with MF and it's a really good combo

clear wheels- pegasus x2, laserta x2, tempo, serpent, striker, destroyer, zurafa, l drago, bull, libra
metal wheels- galaxy x2, thunder x2, thermal, twisted, poison, ray, gravity, rock, lightning, dark
spin tracks- original spin tracks of galaxy pegasus, thunder laserta, thermal laserta, twisted tempo, poison serpent, ray striker, gravity destroyer, rock zurafa, lightning l drago, dark bull ( no spin track or tip of thunder libra )

General recommend-er-er peoples:

RS and BD145 are not bad for Defense as many have previously stated. RS is, was, and will always be a better pure Defense Bottom than CS. If the only reason you're unwilling to use or recommend RS and BD145 in the same combo yourself be due to the scraping issues at the end, then you should remember:

Pure Defense types are designed to withstand Attack types' hits long enough to out-spin them.

Well, I somewhat knew about that...
However, it was once said that Basalt's imbalance combined with BD145RS led to wobbling; and eventually scraping.
I don't know whether that theory still prevails or not; so I am inclined to believe you here.

Spinning tops wobbling towards the end of their rotational precession is not unheard of. xD

Basalt's imbalance simply gets the wobbling started a little bit earlier than most Wheels, and BD145RS doesn't do it any favors Stamina-wise. But since the point of a pure Defense type is to withstand and outlast a pure Attack type (which has pretty cruddy Stamina itself), then how the Defense combo performs at the end of its spin is irrelevant because the battle should've already ended long before in its favor.

I someone's worried about Stamina, they should use a Stamina type. Just because a Defense combo has poor Stamina itself doesn't make it a bad combo. It was customized to serve a different purpose.

beychamp- Ugh, its pretty difficult to give you combos, especially because I have NO knowledge of certain parts that come with beys in Hasbro's two pack(I say this because I see Thunder Lacerta there). It would have been great if you'd have listed the true name of the spin track and tip.
However, from what I can make out-
Twisted Bull D125CS (you need a better track; also I would not risk using R145 there, due to the recoil)

Well, W145 has found use in the best Flash + MF combo- MF/-H Flash Orion W145MF
That is why you were suggested to use it.
However, as you don't have it, you can certainly use it on S130 (which is another great track for Flash!)
So yeah, you can use it!

It has less Stamina, but since you're going for Attack, that shouldn't matter much. RF is just faster and handles recoil better.

However, you were asking for a "replacement" for RF on that combo.
Sooo, MF is next in the list after RF for a Flash Attack combo. That is the only reason why I thought it was good to use MF on it.
