Gravity Perseus D125R2F might work, being that a stock Phantom Orion has crappy defense.

A good Flash combo is Flash Jupiter 145 ES or you can use Flash Hades BGrin.

Those are not good flash combos. ES is a bad tip for anything. And BGrin is only good for Phantom and sometimes Basalt. Flash is pure attack all day long. Good Example

Flash Scorpio S130 RF/R2F
Flash Scorpio H145 R2F
Flash Scorpio W145 MF

Please be careful when suggesting combos. We don't want to suggest bad combos

No, no it is not, Flash is attack, ES and BGrin are stamina, easily KO'ed ones.

Phantom Orion/Pegasus AD145WD/230CS/D125R2F these might not beat Phantom Orion but the attack should in a BB-10 with bank or sliding shoot.

Well, an Earth is no match for Hell when it comes to Stamina. Hell Kerbecs BD145WD can set things right. Using Attack is the most viable option, but as Primal already mentioned, if you use Hasbro Stadiums, then it won't work.
Seeing that the Earth is being used with a launcher that provides high power, I guess you can go for Basalt AD145WD. Basalt is almost equivalent to Earth in Stamina; especially because of its awesome grinding abilities.
Spin Steal/Equalizing combos are something I usually do not suggest in these kinds of situations. I have never found them reliable; and find them risky combos, as they can never guarantee a win, really...
Yes, there are certain spin equalizers that DO offer a great win rate, thus proving that they are reliable; but yeah.

Summary-
Use Attack if you are using TT/SK BB-10 Stadium.
Try out Hell BD145WD
A Basalt AD145WD should usually work quite well in these situations; though even this may not guarantee a win...
If nothing works, Spin Stealing is the last option; which again, isn't reliable enough...

Earth Girrafe AD145 WD is a good combo.

I want my Earth Virgo GB145BS to have better attack strength. I have considered using Rock Aries' performance tip but I wasn't sure about that. the only thing I have thought to do is changing to a WideDefence tip but I don't think that weeks as well as BottomSpike. I have also tried Aquario's special HF/S tip as (S)harp because thats supposed to be good for stamina but I think thats all I've got so far. would going with the original "virgo" fusion wheel help?

If you want it to be a stamina type,
You can try changing GB145 to 100 then use WD, It will end up being Earth Virgo 100WD, Which is better than an uncostumized Earth VirgoGB145BS, Thou it is still outclassed.
If you want it to be an attack type then Earth is not a good one.Honestly, Rock will be better than Earth in terms of attack(thou it is very outclassed).
It would be better if you list your parts

PS: Virgo(proto) is not an attack wheel, It would be better in stamina.

EDIT: You can put CS, like what he said, But it will be more of a defense type. And if ever your CS is agressive, Earth won't do much in knocking out opponents, Unless it was a lucky one

and please do not use the same parts in a different combo
